Drift Kitchen & Bar

Drift was a pleasant surprise compared to most resort dining options. Their food is incredible and prices are reasonable. We ate here 3 times for dinner during our stay and each night tried something new. Every dish was prepared with excellence and was a treat. From the scallops, to the short rib, to the pasta, everything on the menu was delicious.

Now you can often have good food and bad service. That was not the case here, our server Nashawn was a real treasure, she really knows how to create a great dining experience and make someone's experience go from good to great! Also wanted to recognize the manager Meghan, and the bartender Marisa who took great care of us as well.

Our go-to place for special occasions. We've been enjoying Drift since it opened and have never been disappointed. It is very fairly priced for an oceanfront hotel restaurant. Enjoyed Christmas dinner away from home for the first time, and the special menu turkey was fantastic!

Valentine's dinner .had reservations..view and decor lovely..room cold and noisy..4 med. Scallops over creamy risotto with a few average peas and corn, 3 others had filets, mashed, asparagus..just ok..waited 1 hour for food.. finally orded bruschetta for 4(4 small pieces).17.00...entrees came out just warm. Not our first time but might be last. Disappointed.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times and at first it was one of the best places to go to after it opened. It was good for a couple of years. But now I don’t know maybe it was this last visit or maybe it’s me that just got bored of the same menu and food. 🥘 This time the services was so so, food was not that appetizing and I ordered the center cut the expensive stake. I can’t complain about the wait because it was valentines 💝. I’ll chuck it up to that. I’ll probably try it one more time and update this if it changes for better or for worse 😁. The scenery is still great though.

This was the first time that Drift actually disappointed. The food was “meh” at best, our server was friendly and attentive but we rarely saw him. The wait for food and drink was ridiculously long. It was a disappointment tonight. The penne with roasted veggies did not have even one roasted veggie. There were some sun-dried tomatoes, a few stems of broccoli and some spinach - where were the roasted veggies? My mom did like her chicken with prosciutto though.

Love the pool / beach bar for some amazing sandwiches while looking out at the ocean. Inside is beautiful for those special occasions. All the food is amazing. Resort pricing and $5 for required valet parking but still feels worth it. One of the day bartenders are always cranky (borderline rude) but most are really nice.

Had my birthday celebration here 2 years ago and just experienced the Sunday breakfast brunch last weekend. Lots of yummy choices.

We have been here many times and everything had been good and the service friendly. Last night it started from the moment they sat us at an unusual spot, and the hostess not friendly, the waitress nowhere to be found, bus service never came to clear the table, took forever to get drinks and food also took forever. Part of dinner came before the first appetizer and the second appetizer never came. Our waitress never came back to check on us till we asked for the check, then she was super friendly. And we had a reservation and there were many empty tables! Will be a while till we return.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Food was delicious and affordable. Can’t beat the view from the outdoor patio. Will definitely be back!

Deliscious food. For lunch I recomend the grilled cheese short rib sandwich because it was amazing. The pasta dish with chicken for dinner was excellent.
