I feel like the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I asked for one of the signature Christmas drinks and they didn’t explain that they basically didn’t have the drink and they gave me something that tasted nothing like the original flavor. They should have explained that they basically didn’t have the drink. I was trying to give Dunkin a try today because I always get Starbucks and I will say if you are looking for the Christmas holiday drinks and you don’t want your order screwed up and a rude attitude on top of everything go to Starbucks instead. I wish I could give negative stars.

Very rude and unprofessional, the worker Ellie was standing there talking to her friends across the table for 10 minutes while me and my family wait for our food. Then 2 of the workers started arguing with my family and I. Do not recommend this dunkin’ donuts.

This the worst Dunkin’ ever a few occasions I’ve where I’ve ordered people that have came in and ordered after me has gotten all their orders while it takes 45 minutes to get mine just a bunch of kids in here playing around I’ve watched them drop somebody’s food on the floor and still pick it up and give it to them at the window. Don’t ever order food from here.

My favorite dunkin in psl !! The staff are amazing ! The manager, shes wonderful! I'm in there daily and they all know my order lol I will drive out of my way just to go to this specific location! Thank you dunkin team!!

I ordered a vanilla iced latte asked for extra ice. The vanilla syrup had such an aftertaste. It was awful. I had to throw it out, but the service was excellent. I have to say.

Out of all the Dunkin donuts in this area this is my favorite, I pass 2 other ones on my way to this location it's always clean, service is great and they have the best sweet tea. Today Rebecca was out server and was very nice, and let me know that you have lemonade which I love with my tea. I'll definitely keep passing the other 2 to continue to come to this location.
