I and then stop into this dunkin' because it is the most convenient one on my way to work. Everyday I order the exact same thing and it comes out differently. Today I paid almost $8 for a sweetened chocolate milk. Instead of the extra shot large iced latte that I was supposed to get. They need to be trained better. I will not be going back to this location for quite a while.

Girl at the register started counting down her drawer with a full line of people and made us all order in the drive thru while standing in store. We all had to wait over 10 mins just to get our order taken. This is the second Dunkin I came to today because of bad service. I think I'm definitely done going to Dunkin.

First of all I am from out of town and the place was busy so they are doing something right. I walked into the shop and ordered 2 old fashion cake add white icing and sprinkles the employee ego's ma'am those have all sprinkles I said ma'am those are glazed donuts I want old fashioned cake add white icing with sprinkles as you will see in my photos I did not get what I asked and I spent $35 it takes my Dunkin' Donuts two extra minutes to go ice some old fashioned cake and put some sprinkles on it and they get raving reviews for me I am the customer and I asked for a specialty item yes but she gave me attitude and said there and literally goes those are iced donuts with sprinkles Maybe that's why she is on counter and not drive thru I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION. But I am in this area for next 10 days

This Dunkin used to be the example of how a Dunkin should run. Just sat in a line of only 5 cars for almost 15 min. Get to work and my bagel has cream cheese instead of butter, AGAIN. Usually I just say whatever but it’s ridiculous.

Paid $5 for a peppermint mocha latte. I don’t know what I got but I guarantee you it wasn’t that. No peppermint, no mocha, not even sweet. Horrible. Taste your drink before you drive off. This is not the first time this has happened.

Which I can give 0 starts! The the war rude! He said what do you want I gave my order 3 time then they kept saying we out of that?! No sign to inform me that! And it took 30 mins just for two drinks! After waiting 10 mins in the DT and gave my Oder 3 times to two different people

For the most part this place is spot on, but when I’m sitting at the drive thru waiting over 5 mins to order my coffee, that’s a little ridiculous. I had to repeat myself three times because the kid was in the middle of a conversation with the lady in front of me. Finally when I pull up, I sit there for another 3 mins while they finish their conversation and I started yelling. Then he grabs my coffee, sets it in the window and walks away.. I finally had to ask the young lady that was working to please give me my coffee. That kid need to learn some customer service, bad.. this was the evening shift which is usually great with the exception of that guy. You need to teach these kids how to deal with customers and not act like idiots..

Non- existent customer service in drive through. What little interaction is offered is rude. As she handed my bag to me I said "thank you" to which she made a face a d reluctantly said your welcome with an eye roll. Got to work to find my order was wrong and my UN sweet tea had sugar. 0/10
