Madison was awesome at the window, got me my donuts and coffee’s, she was very impressive with multitasking and making me feel heard. I wish I could give her a tip but she informed us they weren’t allowed. Can’t wait to come back again, and hopefully she’s there to assist.

A/C never works. Last time I went in there it was so hot the frosting on my chocolate glazed donut dripped onto my seat and I sat in it. Everyone thought I pooped myself.

This place has gone downhill. You can tell the management has changed for the worse. I keep giving them chances but every single order in the last 5 trips has been atrocious. They can’t even make a simple coffee properly. The donuts are always missing, they can’t seem to figure out how to get the flavor into the coffee, EVER. The bagels are either burnt or not toasted at all, and you either get 3 pounds of cream cheese or barely none at all. Zero consistency. By the looks of the outside, the owners do not care either. Only a matter of time before this location closes!

I don’t know if it’s just the new staff because I don’t recognize anyone in there. but the past two days the coffee has been completely watered down. I paid for warm water basically.

The employees doing great job but the grounds are embarrassingly dirty and awful nasty rundown...what is wrong with owners who don't care for the whole package....makes you wonder how clean the inside is?! If you can get inside after parking in a overgrown weed parking area and by stepping over mold/mildewed rain drain water getting to an unkept outside table patio area you can enjoy their great Duncan coffee. Please update this place.?!!!!!!!!

Been going here for years, place has had ups and downs, but it ALWAYS, comes down to the workers (sevice). Last time I went, had ordered online for perks and ease, ordered 5 items, was handed the food and told "you're all set!". I have learned my lesson to check the items here, and I was missing 2 items and the bburrito was burnt but also barely warm! After confronting them, they got me items to make up for what they didn't have, but only did so AFTER being confronted about it, and were perfectly fine with letting me leave without food I paid for online. Sadly for them there is now a WAWA near by, and my business has been going there instead. This DD better watch out, I'm not the only one to take my business elsewhere after being burned by this store too many times...
