The hardest thing to figure out is what to order off their large menu. Because everything sounds great. Both items ordered by myself and my friend were outstanding. Great attention to detail, flavor, everything is great. Highly recommend. Can't wait to try the cinnamon buns!

Everything about Jan's place radiates 5 stars! The warm welcome at the door combined with the friendliness of the gentleman who took us to our table and the wonderful food and service left a lasting impression on me. I will definitely return.Jo was our server and made sure we had everything that we wanted. Mom had a seafood omelet, which was enough for two, and I had the blackened Mahi tacos with the most delicious sweet potato fries.We ate outside in the shade, within sight of the Indian River. Traffic can be a little loud, but we expected that, and it didn't bother us.One of my favorite touches was a miniature trash can, tiny enough to be tucked in with the condiments at the center of the table. Perfectly thoughtful for preventing creamer cups and sugar wrappers from littering the sidewalk.I highly recommend Jan's for friendly, professional service and great food. Thank you!!

Best brunch and variety in town! Always delicious!! Great, family owned business. We love to sit outside on a pretty day, and you can even bring your dog, and they'll provide a dog bowl of water.

Lisa and Ashley did a wonderful job training Jessie. We had such great service and the food was declious as always. She sold us on the Easter bunny breakfast and it was such a cute idea. My son loved them. We'll definitely be back and hope to sit in her section.
