You cannot beat the taste of KFC. However, I ordered it about a week ago and I couldn't believe that size of the legs and thigh that I received. They must have come from a Cornish hen. Very disappointing.

I guess I came shortly after opening. I ordered a 2pc meal. The original chicken didn’t look or taste like original chicken, nor near as good. Maybe some people think they can do better than the guy that made a worldwide franchise. But also the gravy was still water and she put it on my plate like that was it. I had to ask. Apparently it takes time to set and they can’t start it early enough that it would set by opening time, or even edible. People told me this was the worst KFC, I didn’t believe them till now. I’m glad I just came here by myself today, it’s embarrassing.

So, you guys advertised your saucy nuggets, and they have failed miserably. It seems like this was rushed out too quickly after Wendy's announced. That it was no thought put into this. These are regular nuggets, and it seems as though someone at the last-minute squirts some sauce on it. Half done. The sauce was not cooked into it. Also, we went here a total of 3 times in passing to go home and every time we are told to move over to the side and wait. We wait and wait for our food. Then when we receive the food, it is horrible. Biscuits are always hard as a rock and fries are overdone; food is put together so sloppy. This is our last time with KFC it seems. Food as a whole has really gone downhill and this one store in particular is horribly mismanaged. What happened to the old KFC with the potato wedges and the Wings with the sauce cooked with it. Almost $35 on food that we all threw away.

went your store on 8/13 and ordered the special 8 piece for $10 extra crispy and received extra gummy instead. if this had been our first time it would have been the last. very disappointing

My wife went through the drive-through at Jensen Beach today. She got a six piece fried chicken meal with all the sides. The chicken was way overcooked and extremely salty. Not a happy camper.

Went to KFC Jensen Beach for lunch today, my wife and I both ordered 2 piece meals.The Chicken was cooked perfectly! I commented to the manager how much we liked our lunch. The food &service were very good and the dining area was neat and clean!Ken & DarilynJensen Beach

This place has gone down hill in the past year they never have employees and never have any food I ha e waited 10 to 30 min no refunds no hey its gonna be 20min for ur food the people are very nice just need help and better pay

If it were possible to give no stars I would...we were the only ones in the drive thru...noone in restaurant...and it was early evening.....The very small chicken breasts and drumstick and chicken tenders were burnt and greasy.....fries cold...biscuits dry...potato and gravy ordered but not in bag...no napkins...and all this for a more than $50 price tag. Will def not be returning...this place is an insult to KFC...should have driven further north...new Chick Filet restaurant...KFC was once the best Chicken takeaway on either side of the pond...not do much now....and if corporate cares to find out why...they should EAT at this location..shocking
