Went like I usually do sometimes for lunch.. I had a coupon and the kios doesn't take coupons. I stood for a while a waited..I didn't mine.. I couldn't see that the two young ladies are visiting feeling orders. Once my order was taken I gavey coupon. A young lady check to make sure it was in date correctly and it was for what I ordered. I sat inside, She gave me everything except my biscuit. So I walked up and explained to the other young lady that didn't take my purchase that I didn't get my biscuit, she gave me one and I went back and sat down The original young lady that took my order came out to the lobby to check my tray to make sure I didn't have two biscuits.. I almost got out of character.. But I let it go if a biscuit is that important in KFC they could have had it.

Every time I go to this KFC this gentlemen that works there named Chris Scott always is a joy to get food from. He’s very polite, honest, and most of all takes his job serious! He should be general manager of that location!

Just picked up a big box which was on sale with a KFC Text message coupon. The lady who took my order was very personable and nice and very easy to talk to my order was filled quickly and was perfect. The chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious. Why above the usual drive-through fast food Norm!

Third time is not a charm! At 7:30 they said that they were out of macaroni and cheese so I asked if they could make some more. The response was a curt “Well you’ll have to wait for it” which was fine. We ordered the Nashville, hot chicken and mac and cheese bowls. After waiting 15 minutes I brought my order home only to find out that it was plain chicken, not the Nashville hot that was ordered.

You cannot beat the taste of KFC. However, I ordered it about a week ago and I couldn't believe that size of the legs and thigh that I received. They must have come from a Cornish hen. Very disappointing.
