Just picked up a big box which was on sale with a KFC Text message coupon. The lady who took my order was very personable and nice and very easy to talk to my order was filled quickly and was perfect. The chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious. Why above the usual drive-through fast food Norm!

I had a mishap on a online order. I called KFC and spoke with Melissa. Melissa was quick to understand the problem and right away made it right. Great customer service and would definitely will be ordering from this location more often once Again thank you Melissa!!
