Kyle G's Prime Seafood & Steaks

I have been to many of his establishments, the food and atmosphere is pretty good. The thing that bothers me is his “surcharge”, which has been going on for a few years now. The past six times I have been to one of his restaurants, two times the weight staff said that it does go to them and four times the weight staff says that it doesn’t go to them, the last time I was at Oak and Amber the bartender said that it does not go to them and gave me a little piece of paper to read. Look it’s one of two things either you are treating us like restaurants treat French Canadians in America or you were telling us that your price is no longer reflect the profit that you would like to make. Neither one is a decent way to conduct business.

Parking: Excellent you pull up they park your vehicle. It doesn’t get any easier than that.

From a review from my husband: As husbands we tend to get the short end of the stick when it comes to planing special occasions for our wives and that is the reason I chose Kyle’s for my wife’s 55th birthday. In my intentional planning I knew taking her there would be a memorable evening. Well that is not what we got! All of my planning ended with an evening of NO recognition of my wife’s birthday outside of the greeter at the greeters stand. The service was par the food not good (not what I expected). Although the apps were eye gratifying they were cold. At that time I was like come on guys you’re killing me here. Hoping that the entree was going to knock it out the park, it arrived and to make sure the temp on my wife’s steak was correct the person that delivered the meal shined his phone flashlight/light so that she could confirm. At that point I knew my wife was just being kind for all I had tried to put together…but I knew when she said she didn’t want dessert I wasn’t getting any either (if you know what I mean). I made the reservation with the assumption the table would be set as such but I will say that my wife being as though it was a surprise meal was dressed according to what I told her to get her out of the house (football game and apps) didn’t feel comfortable in what she was dressed in and decided to sit outside (lots of planning to get her here)… but within the reservation it stated birthday and any changes on our side should not have effected her night. I felt that it was non communication from greeter to server or the sever just forgot (and I say that because each time my wife passed the greeter she asked how is her birthday going)..so not sure where the ball was dropped. So in the end this experienced can’t be changed but a possible do over would be nice. Signed Unhappy wife made for an unhappy night?
UPDATE: Felicia, Keisha & Richard!!!! I can’t thank you enough for all you guys did … You invited us back and from the time we walked in the door till the time we left with FULL stomachs was nothing short of fabulous! I will say that none of this was for me but for the effort that my husband put in to make my day special and what you guys did tonight was all that we knew Kyle’s could be and more. From the poem from Richard to the care from Felicia and Keisha really went above and beyond, so much that it brought me to tears…At this point I won’t call what you guys did redemption because that wouldn’t be just, but what I can say is that it was more like being around friends who cared… Thank you again for a memorable evening and thank you for keeping this one of our most favorite places to be… Bravo?

Necie was the most attentive and entertaining server we’ve had in ages!! We eat out a LOT, and this experience was the tops - truly! Every course was spot on, every drink was perfection. We hadn’t been here in exactly a year (drove up from Jupiter), came back for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. Worth every penny this evening.

Best happy hour around, especially the atmosphere and the view! We are regulars and it’s our favorite place to go. Our server today was Dakota and she was exceptional!

Haley (Kyle) was an amazing waitress. She helped us enjoy one of the finest steak and seafood dinners we all have had in a while.

Everything was fine. I just wish that the waitress had come back to check on us. Because my lobster claw needed to be cracked. And the carrots were raw, kinda hard biting into it.
$175.00 for a 2oz shot of cognac is a Lil extreme..

Honestly. Like I’m a foodie. I don’t mind paying a ton for a good meal. But I will tell you, this place is SEVERELY over rated. The service was subpar for sure. The waiter was nice and accommodating and we were for sure taking our time sipping on drinks and picking at appetizers but it was almost two hours before we got our food orders in. The food was sub par and definitely did not match the price point. Most dishes do not come with a ‘real’ veggie or side, mostly just garnish. For almost $80 a plate you’d expect not only more, but better. A lot of the food is flavorless and unexciting. I almost expected that as the area they are located is mostly a crowd of older people who don’t love over seasoned or adventurous food but for that price point we were solely disappointed. We had a party of 8 and spent well over $1k for dinner and drinks and 5/8 of us hated our drinks so we ordered different ones, and hated those ones too. My meal (swordfish) came out still FROZEN in the middle and when I gently and politely brought it up to the server, she said - “ok but I’m busy so you’re gonna have to give me a minute” and never returned. The parking situation is also atrocious. We waited in a very slow moving valet line 7 cars back for over 30 minutes to park because there’s no self parking. I (of course) left something in the car and had to go grab it, when I took the valet ticket to the front to get the keys I was met with such attitude and disrespect that I went and mentioned it to the manager. Granted, they are 17 yr old kids but I was flabbergasted. Over all, it was just over rated. I had high hopes because of the reviews and the hype but it did not live up. We live less than 2 hours away and frequent Jensen Beach area about once a month so I thought this place could be our new go to but we were all severely disappointed. So much so we stopped for food on the way home and joked this morning at breakfast that the diner food we had left us more satisfied. I have been in the industry for 15+ years so I understand that everything and everyone can have an off night, but there wasn’t one good thing I could honestly say about this place. 1/10 ⭐️

This was the best place I have even been taken on a date to! My man is amazing! The service from hostess, front waiter, back waiter and busser were all awesome! And absolutely love the piano be played right next to our table with a beautiful view of the ocean!
