Papa John’s uses door dash now and takes no responsibility once the pizza leaves their facility. Our driver, which we tracked on papa John’s app was way off course and when he called for directions, he did not speak English nor did he review the detailed instructions that were provided. All that said, I’m not mad at door dash, I’m mad at this particular papa John’s franchise because all the manager said was it wasn’t his problem because they use door dash now. I hope the franchise owner reads this, because we won’t be ordering from this location again.

The guy who works here does not wash his hands. He came straight from outside to the kitchen and never looked at a sink, soap or water. That let's me know he never washes his hands.... so nope I won't be ordering from here.

The guy who is handling morning shift named Eric is so rude and arrogant. As a paying customer i asked for extra plates and napkins and he behave very rude to me and did not provide me. I told him to be nice with your customer. I dont understand why they keep those employee who has no respect for.

Apparently the employees were having it out here last night. One was screaming obscenities to the guy working the counter telling him to “do something”. When the counter guy got fed up he quit and walked out. Unfortunately when he quit he didn’t log out and no one there could take payment for the order we placed and wanted to pay for using a debit card during pick up. After a half hour of trying to call the owner and figure out how to take payment, the employee that quit walked back in and went back to work like nothing happened. I think I saw George Costanza pull that on Seinfeld once. Back to Dominos we go I guess. It’s closer, but they don’t make bowls. If there is an owner, he needs to go in maybe and see what’s going on.

Worst papa John's pizzas I've ever had. You can tell the clearly do not care.
I ordered 100$ of wings. I said we'll done. Came out raw. I call and ask why. They tell me to Kick rocks and to put my own wings in the oven.... remind you I'm a nurse. I don't have an oven available.... we call corporate and they tell us to kick rocks that they don't promise us we'll done. Well.... I recorded the phone call. Never said his name. Will post phone call later on everyone of my social medias. Don't order from here. They will give you raw food and corporate is going to tell you to kick rocks word for word. I have it recorded. See you with a lawyer. Serving raw food and think is okay??? Let's find out.

They billed me and then told me that it was an error that they didn’t have my order. I tried to got speak to someone. And they only said that I needed to call my bank and do a chargeback. No wonder this place has 3 stars. Last time I order Papa John’s. Domingo pizza from now on atleast they won’t steal ur money.
