While the pizza was fine, I CANNOT believe you call these “boneless wings”. I’ve emailed customer service headquarters because this is unacceptable. We ordered the BBQ boneless wings.. what we got were the “wish” version, which looked like you bought a bag of chicken nuggets at Costco & served them. I’m appalled that you even had the audacity to serve this.

I thought a mistake was made when I ordered my pizza, I couldn't be more wrong. When I called to get answers, Robbie Johnson that answered the phone was the most magnanimous and patient person ever and made me feel like I was the most important customer that ever called. And the drive was also amazing and polite. Thank you Papa John's for hiring the both. 1419......

I want a full refund.The pizza was nothing like I ordered and the store manager was insulting and ignorant!The order was 2X pepperoni, bacon and onion. I got 9-10 slices of pepperoni, a few crumbs of bacon and onions. An onion pizza for $30.00!Your counter clerk said they had to put less pepperoni and bacon because there were four items. I replied that was insane I paid for those items! The manager came to his rescue and told me the toppings sank below the cheese. Genius!When I got home there were no sunken toppings so I called her. Here response was the pizza was as ordered and hung up on me!I want a full refund . YOUR MANAGER NEEDS ADDITIONAL TRAINING!!!!!!!

PAPA JOHNS advertise that they are the only pizza company that makes pizza with whole wheat crust. I've checked here in Port Saint Lucie and they don't have it available. I've waited a long time for them to make it with whole grain because I am a diabetic. With white flour the starch turns to sugar when digested. Not the same with whole wheat or whole grain. I hope management updates their menu soon.

Absolute worst experience ever. 25 minutes before anyone even said hi to the 8 customers waiting. Then I told them the name on my order and he just walked back to the back of the building. All while the one who seemed in charge was complaining about ever call a customer made. Will never be coming here again. Took over an hour after my “arrive by time”.

I just went to pick up pizza for my pregnant wife, and the woman with green hair gives me the dirtiest look humanly possible because I want to do a split pay. Do you have to give someone such a horrible attitude....

Pizza arrived cold estimated time of arrival was 30 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half called the store for some type of compensation the manager refused to let me speak spoke over me cussed me out and hung up

Called to let them know they sent me the wrong wings and the General Manager was the employee to take the call. I asked if they could send me the right wings. She says "I'm sorry but you're taking in a way that makes me uncomfortable and I'll have upper management call you." I was confused and asked her what she meant. She says "Have a good night" then just hangs up on me. I've spent hundreds in the past 3yrs here and I'm taken back at the way their mistake and my call was handled. They can't give refunds. I was expected to just take the $ loss. It's theft. I call back and Brianna (super nice) is yelled and sworn at by her GM, Angelic, and she has to end the call. Jonathan (upper management) calls from another location. I'm given 3 options and take it or leave it. 1. Wings sent from the same location (I'm scared they'll be spit in), 2. Credit for free wing order next time. 3) 25% off another order sometime. After originally being told by AngelIva and Brianna that they "don't" redeliver mistake orders I'm apprehensive and I honesty don't want to ever order from PapaJohns ever again. I've never experienced such hate and lack of professionalism before from any local business. Jonathan tried the best he could and told me Angelica was having a bad day...then proceeded to tel me what he "thought" Angelica was trying to say to me. Despite his best efforts Angelica was rude, unprofessional and literally screamed/swearing at her staff. I work hard for my money, like everyone else, and I can't imagine treating one of my clients this way. This incident has completely changed the way I see Papa Johns and we won't be back. My kid was able to hear this person screaming at her staff while I sat there one speaker phone. I don't speak that way in my home. A very sad situation. On October 29th at 2:05 pm I went to get my pizza order from Papa Johns. When I arrived no one was there and I called out "Hello" a few times and no one answered. The person was using the restroom and I waited 30min until she came out. I gave her my name and she literally threw the ticket at me. I refused to give her a tip and she crumbled the ticket in front of me. I wasn't aware she was in the restroom to begin with. Unsatisfactory customer service. I will not be shopping here ever again.

if i could give a zero i would, worth costumer service i had seen in my life, an elderly lady wanted to place an order and this girl emplyee, denide to help her and rudely routed her to use the web to place the order, the lady asked for a menu and she denided as well cause papajohns has gone paperless and the monitor were turned off cause the menu’s were outdated, i helped the lady to check on my phone the menu and when she decided what to get, the girl refused to take the walking order

The absolute worst Custer service I've ever seen. The store manager was rude and called us names, and the regional manager refused to refund our money and recommended we recover our money by disputing the charges to our credit card company. His recommendation was to commit credit card fraud because they have a strict policy not to return money to customers.

If I can give ZERO STARS i would! I love papa johns but this is by far the WORST branch ever! Worst customer service! You follow up on your order the the MANAGER is angrier than you and is louder than you and LIED about my order being delivered! No order came and said they dropped it off! If your looking to get your food order elsewhere!!! STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE TREATED RIGHT! WILL NOT AND NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY!
