Yuck, I got the surf and turf. Shrimp was from frozen. Steak tough and over cooked. Broccoli was indescribably bad. Biscuits good and mashed potatoes good. I'm never going back. Way over priced. They are slowly going down hill.

My boyfriend and I along with two others recently visited this restaurant and it reminded me why I stopped coming years ago. First off, it was a Saturday afternoon and the parking was empty, we questioned was their open or not. After entering, we was seated immediately, the waitress was very pleasant and apologetic, but the overall experience with the food and the length of time spent getting the food was a joke! It took 1 hour to get our food, however, when I got my Cajun Chicken pasta…even the waitress agreed the Chef poured almost 2 cups of sauce on my plate…looked like I was about to eat soup. I sent the food back and decided not to get anything else because my mind was made up to never return again. The waitress told the Manager my concern, he/she never bothered to come over to address the matter….smh

I had the daily special, lobster and shrimp scampi. Everything was delicious, and the service was outstanding.

I believe the manager said her name was Crystal. She is hands down the most underwhelming person I have come in contact with please note I am by no means a passer if judgment but when it comes to appearance in the work place If you are supposed to be a manager you should at least try dress and and try and act like one in such a setting. She was yelling and holding conversations totally irrelevant to work and was extremely pushy and rude towards guest it was so bad my wife and I debated on walking out with the others that left. I feel bad for your establishment and it's future endeavors but I feel worse for the pay customer please seek immediate help!!!

Had to ask for silverware. Ordered food. My baked potato was totally cold. Waitress never came back to the table so I couldn't tell her. Our drinks were empty and she never came to offer refills. I complained to the manager who actually was dressed very unprofessionally. Waitress came back to table with check and had an attitude. This was a very unpleasant experience and we will not be coming back to this restaurant. Waitress also did not have her hair pulled back and it was just hanging which again is very unprofessional. Will tell my friends about this experience.

We did not wish to sit where the server was taking us asked for another location this seem to confuse the waitress she went back to to greeter and left us standing we waited 10 to 13 minutes no one ever came back or addressed us. So we left as did a couple behind us. So the problem for us is the lack of service and the inability of people who have no clue of what they are doing. In either case will never return to this location.

First time we were at Red Lobster for awhile. VERY disappointing! Quality of food has very much declined. Service was ok, but definitely not what it used to be!

We were pleasantly greeted and seated. The server was pleasant but over stressed. She forgot our soft drink and additional biscuits and we had to wait a long time for a bowl of chowder. The food was cold, the crab over cooked and dry, the lobster dry and tasteless. The crab was stuck to the shell and I had to use a toothpick to scrap it off the shell. When I informed the server she consulted the kitchen and offered more crab. I didn't want to spend more time scraping off the meat so I declined. We have been visiting Red Lobster for years. This was the worst experience ever.

The Place wasn't busy but it still took a VERY long time for a waiter to show up and then it took even longer to get the food.

Red Lobster is not like it used to be. For example, you no longer get a salad with your meal. You will be charged extra for it. For the prices to be higher-end, the food is not nor the quantity and quality is not that great.

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. We have been to Red Lobster in the USA & Canada and have always had great experiences, until tonight. We arrived at 5:45pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant had only one other table in our section, not busy at all. My daughter is celiac, when we ordered we asked if the Caesar salad was gluten free without the croutons. The server said that she doubted it & didn't know. So we asked if she could check if it was gf. She eventually came back and said yes it was. I ordered the shrimp linguine & garlic shrimp, my husband ordered the shrimp linguine & Walt shrimp, my daughter ordered the lobster tail & steak. When we got the biscuits they were doughy inside. We had to ask our server for straws for our drinks & cutlery for our food when the salad arrived. 35min after placing our order still no food. We watched takeout orders constantly leaving the restaurant, but nothing for us. We had to ask the hostess to get our server as no one had reappeared. When she finally came back, we asked our server why we had to wait so long? Her response, the kitchen is busy with the take out orders and that we had only been waiting for 25min. We asked to speak to the manager, she said no because the manager was too busy working the line. 10min later we finally got our food. The pasta looked like it had been sitting for a while & was dried up. My daughter's steak & lobster were barely even warm. The Walt shrimps were oily and not crispy. Our server never came back to check on us, or apologize. Before my husband was even finished his food the server walked by and asked if we wanted the bill. No "how was everything, did we want dessert, nothing. Here's the bill" that's all & that's the last we saw her, she didn't even ask if we needed the card machine. We will not be back.Dietary restrictions: The staff was unaware of what the gluten free options were and did not willingly volunteer to find out. I looked online myself to confirm.

We waited 2 hours for our food, only to be told that my food wasn't available and I could choose something new. When everyone had eaten, after asking again, my "medium" steak arrived, which was now cold again. The wrong side dishes were then served with the shoe sole mentioned above and even these were miserable...After this debacle, the manager came to us and personally apologized and gave everyone a 20% discount. We had to remind the waitress of the discount, but we actually received it afterwards.I don't know whether it was the waitress's fault or the general organization... However, according to the other reviews, this was not an isolated case.Better save yourself the time and money and eat somewhere else...

Nightmare from start to finish. First of all, no one around to seat us, we went early for dinner, plenty of staff, no excuse. Finally sat at a booth, which they adjust wipe down with water and never dried so it was wet. We ordered an appetizer, and when it came, it did not have the second dip. We were looking forward to it. When we asked what seem to be the relatively new waitress, she said they were all out of it. That was it, they were out. Finally, she came around to take her order and we told her about the appetizer missing the sauce and we only had one shrimp each before we noticed that. She apologized and didn’t charge us for it. We decided we didn’t want to stay for dinner, others seem to be complaining at the same time about similar things. We gave red lobster a second chance after previous disappointments, however, this time we will never return. Poor Management obviously. ****** I would like to add that. to date I have yet to hear from a manager like all other reviews I’ve read.
