Once we found the place we were seated in plastic lawn chairs in front of the full size ice machine which ran continuously through dinner and then shockingly and loudly drop ice into the bin below at random times during the meal. Everything was raved about by our waitress as “handmade, hand cut, world famous, from scratch and even the site rated a 4.6 which I have no idea how this is possible! We waited quite some time for our meals and when I asked if we could find out how much longer (being a diabetic) I was bluntly told - there were two tickets ahead of us and they were very busy and everyone was doing the best they can and be patient. They only had 2 bottles of Miller Lite for my dad at the bar and nothing else - imported and ipas on draft. Sodas at $5 a piece were ridiculous. Our rib eyes at close to $40 were delivered cold and when we asked for them to be heated our waitress argued that it wasn't possible for the to be cold with the kitchen being busy. The fries were warmer so we guessed they sat waiting for those. She didn't bother to bring mine back or offer anything in return but gave me my green beans in the house (which came with the meal for free anyways). I didn't eat any of it after trying to cut through it with my steak knife and couldn't - so I brought home to my dogs. She notified my meal was untouched and my dad left hand if his a grizzle on the plate and simply gave us the check - at full price. Their prices were almost the same amount as Oak and Ember by Kyle G's where I know we would have had an amazing meal and if something was wrong they would have fixed it. The waitresses were nasty and the service was horrible, the food quality was poor at best, the prices were extremely high especially for what you were getting, the ambience was awful. I would never come here or recommend and I have no clue how they have the rating they have except for boaters and residents who want to walk and getting drunk and ordering mozzarella sticks for a high score
Awesome food, service and ambiance is great … on the water, tiki style.

Great little gem on Hutchinson Island! Eat outside under the thatched roof, great ambiance and delicious seafood. Wait staff super attentive & friendly.
Waitress was very nice. But the food was less than thrilling. When we got home, my wife got very ill. The food does not seem to be that fresh. Like the location great service that food is not up to par. Much better local restaurants in the immediate area with much better quality of food.
Wow!!! A local Gem!!! I was told by a friend how this place was outstanding!!! I had a day off n drove to the Beach....Decided to go to Sauders Landing. This is such a quaint place to relax, enjoy a great meal n take in the beautiful scenery. Come down and ask for Carolyn or Tracy!!!

A lovely little hideaway
The service was excellent, We heard each several give detailed descriptions of the menu to all the guests, I was very impressed.
I had an amazing crab cake sandwich with homemade fries, my husband had a cheese burger with homemade onion rings, I gotta tell you both were 5 star.
We are definitely returning to this gem.

My server Sam was smart, witty, attentive and hilarious. I enjoyed her very much and felt like she was my new best friend.
She made great recommendations and everything was great. I mentioned my fries weren't hot and i got a new fresh batch. The fries were some of the best I've ever had at a restaurant. My ribeye steak was delicious! It was cooked perfectly, seasoned appropriately and tasted delightfully delicious! My green beans were crisp and not over cooked. The lemonade was homemade and have Chick Fil A and Auntie Anne's a run for their money!!! It was some of the best lemonade I've had.

Surprising find-hidden gem. Very casual but food is excellent. Very friendly staff. So far, crab cakes, clam chowder, fish and chips, and peanut butter pie are my faves!
If you're looking for a little restaurant on the water looking over a marina, it's quaint and you get to experience Nettles Island. Just getting there
