UNFORTUNATELY, It is times like these, review stars need to include NEGATIVE stars as well as positive!
I need to stress to everyone....BUYER BEWARE! GET A RECEIPT AND WATCH WHAT YOUR BEING CHARGED! Or, in this case, OVERCHARGED! The Stromboli was priced on the screen for 10.29. However, we were charged 10.99. When confronted, the manager, (I presume, because he never did introduce himself) was immediately combative, stated that it was including tax. But when I pointed out that tax at 6.5% does not equal a 1.82 but rather .67c, and we were being overcharged, he instead stated that he had been doing this for YEARS and no one ever complained! APPARENTLY, HE THINKS THAT MAKES IT STILL OK TO OVERCHARGE. FYI DUDE... IT IS ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO PROVIDE 1 PRICE ON THE SCREEN AND NOT HONOR THAT PRICE. His solution.....to go to the back and black out the screen which showed the pricing. I said....if your then taxing me on my Gatorade only, that would still only be 1 tax of .27c. Not 1. 82. Again, I stated you are overcharging and double taxing!!!! Either way......what your doing is illegal and bad, bad business. Was truly and easy fix. Give us the difference and FIX YOUR PRICING to either reflect tax included or not! Don't try to BS your way out of simple math!
Either way, you still answer to corporate and to the Mall, and to the IRS! All of whom I'm sure...will be very interested in what I have to say. Say it with me.....AUDIT!!!!

Stromboli was good . Sign says they have lemonade. Cashier said the soda machine did not work. Lemonade was not on the soda machine anyway. Then they charged us 10.99 for the Stromboli while the sign says 10.29. We asked why we were being overcharged. The worker said it was tax. Yet on the receipt it had a line for tax. The cashier grabbed the owner or manager and he said that it was tax. We showed him that that did not add up. He then said no one else has complained. I didn't understand why anyone else made a difference that he was over charging me. He showed me the register charges 10.99. I showed him the sign which showed 10.29. Then he said the sign was broken. I complained it was false advertising and left. He turned the sign off before I could get a picture. This was a mall food court. He had also said it had been like that for years.

Sbarro is struggling and will probably be closing soon. If the owner cares to know why, I will tell him/her. It seemed this place went under new ownership 2-3 years ago? I might be off on the time frame. What was obvious is customer service and quality went down. It’s looks dirty too. Currently, there is a tray with two old Stromboli’s sitting on um top of what I am assuming is the hand washing sink that is in view of the customers. I am sure this goes against health department rules even if they plan on throwing them out.I ordered one slice of cheese pizza for my 5 yo and asked the guy to cut it up. He said he could only cut it in half. Imagine that. How lazy do you have to be to not be able to run the pizza slicer across just two times. He’s not even busy. I was the only customer. He’s on his phone. Tall, thin, Hispanic dude just like myself. He could try to clean the place up in his downtime, but no.I never had a problem getting the pizza cut into smaller pieces here when my 16 yo was little.

Oh my goodness I just read the last review and that is my review exactly to 80 the manager is an absolute d i c k so rude the pizza sucked the whole place needs to be shut down the pizza was cold the stuff is overpriced and I didn't even eat my pizza I threw it away I got a sicilian slice absolutely horrible

You get there at 11 for lunch and is told they’re not open yet, then you ask what time do you open and they tell you 11????? I am confused.

Me and my friend ordered two slices of cheese pizza and paid almost $13. They gave us the two last cheese pizza that looks like it’s been sitting there since they opened 10am. The girl first fling the pizza into the toaster over, which was already upsetting. We sat down, bit into the pizza and it was still COLD. Took it back to the register to let the workers know the “PIZZA” is cold. They took the pizza we bit into & put it RIGHT back into the toaster oven with EVERYBODY'S pizza. VERY UNSANITARY‼️. I asked for 2 fresh slices since they just took it out of the oven and the manager got upset, posted up in the corner not helping his workers, and started to speak crap in Spanish knowing that my friend speaks Spanish too. He flat out told us “NO”. We ask for our money back and told him we was going to write a review about him and his “HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”. He then wanted to give us a refund and the pizza for free which we declined. We lost our appetite after all the arguing which could have just been resolved immediately. This place really went DOWN HILL and needs better service. They’re charging so much for a pizza we could get cheaper somewhere else‼️

6 dollars a slice is a joke. I ordered 2 and a drink the guy hands me 2 paper plates and I ask for a tray he looks at me and just walks away. He needs to take the EarPods out and learn customer service. This place has gone down hill. I’ll never get food from here again. 16.25 just for a slices and a drink. I can get a whole pie from my local pizza shop for that.

14 dollars for two slices and a coke..You can get a huge pie outside of the mall.Pure robbery.Stop with cheap labor and hire some people who can understand you.

All of the employees at this place need training! They don't know how to work with customers with disabilities! Two of them tried to argue with my wife which is not 100% acceptable. I would like this franchise owner to contact me through this as soon as possible.

Food is nothing the original Sabarro's. They serve the food on paper plates, no trays. Everything is pre-made in bulk and heated up, served me a cold Stromboli had to ask them to put back in the oven. Gave it back to me and middle was doughy and half raw and outside was almost burnt, tasted horrible no flavor. I will not be eating there again.

I ordered some food and the young woman who is there can’t communicate with me because she doesn’t know English so it made it hard for me to ask for what I really wanted so I had to keep it simple for her to understand which I find heartbreaking for the both of us the pizza I was given looked like it had been there for a while just looked dried up then when I was done and we came to the counter to get my drink I paid for the meal and sat down took a sip and my drink tasted like Clorox I’m pretty sure they use a cleaner to sanitize the machine but stop using so much damn cleaner for heaven sake overall terrible experience terrible communication terrible workers in other words they suck

They can’t even do their job and COOK! Hours before close but especially in the last hour. This is the second time in TWO DAYS! I was here yesterday with my mom, too, and surprise, surprise. The chibehind the counter today says “she doesn’t speak English”. WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE A JOB HERE THEN?!!! She knew enough to say no manager and she only has that week old spaghetti, because you could tell she was just a liar. Absolutely horrible service. Looks to be the same dried out noodles as yesterday, too. Disgusting. Personally, yet again, another place in town that doesn’t even live up to basic standards. Zero stars. Don’t even bother coming here until they fire everyone and rehire. You’ll just be disappointed and peeved. Excuses, excuses. Nobody does their job anymore. I think I’ll swing by tomorrow and see if the answer is the same then, too, but this time recording so I can share. Meanwhile, came to Burger King on PSL by Gatlin since Sbarro was a flop, and BK’s service was 6 stars!
