I pulled up to a car stall i Pressed The red button waited Twelve minutes wasn't served then asked an employee about the wait Was laughed by the employee then one minute later My button just went back to normal without anyone taking my order i think the person inside skipped me after I asked an employee about the long wait I wasn't rude it was just a simple question, but apparently that was enough for them to get irritated and so they skipped me i drove off with nothing. On a previous order i didnt get the side cheese peppers and I wanted to pick that up but couldn't even do that this place is painful

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food because that’s what it is, fast food. But, my experience this evening was uncalled for. I went through the drive thru for chicken tenders, onion rings, and a large drink. I get to the window and the lady tried to pass me a small drink. I explained that I am on my way to work and I will like a large drink. She asked about the size of my food. I explained again my order. You can sense her frustration as she took several deep breaths. I didn’t care about an up-charge as I ordered what I wanted and was prepared to pay for it. The lady in the window was very inconvenienced by a large drink so I told them to cancel my order and I will go somewhere else. The staff here is miserable and really dislikes their jobs for the reaction I received over a large drink.

What in the holy hell has happened to customer service and common sense. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with only ONE person ahead of me. Then the cashier was rude when I mentioned the long wait. No sympathy at all from the manager. Finally - they couldn’t produce a receipt because they “threw it out.” Why would you throw out a receipt without asking first. Don’t waste your time or money.

always a problem whenever i come here. took almost half an hour for a small classic milkshake when there was only one other car there, and they gave me one small scoop of ice cream instead.
For out of towners the attitude of Sonic staff at this location may come as a surprise. Friendly, no doubt. They go out of their way to accommodate and please you. This was our first time eating at Sonic, food quality and flavors way better than the othe two famous fast food joints.

Probably not going back to this Sonic location. My cookies and cream shake was just a large cup of vanilla ice cream with a couple VERY STALE cookie crumbs on top. Seems like every time I go to this location is a disappointed.
