The JENSEN location is the best location in the PSL/Stuart area! The manager Mike keeps the place running smoothly. My orders are always right and up quickly. I love when I hear Doreen’s voice on the other end of the speaker - she’s always so kind and just makes my coffee break/addiction that much better!

The buy one get another promotion on Thursdays during Dec required you to verbally ask for the promotion to receive it. What a joke with unintended consequences. All this extra time to cancel orders on the computer and restart it causing even longer lines. So stupid. If this is a local mgr practice, they should sack the mgr. If it's the ivory tower mgr, they should sack them.

Just an awful experience this morning. I decided an add on after I ordered. general manager Mike refused to void the initial order and wanted to process my credit card twice. I told him I rather not, he refused my request telling me I'm RIDICULOUS in front of my guest! I understand Starbucks gets busy but we were the only ones in line at that time. Everyone is entitled to a bad day and wouldn't of bothered until the RIDICULOUS remark. This experience really made me appreciate the independent coffee shops in the area.
I am impressed with the service and great attitude at the drive thru today with Tiffany! She was friendly, helpful and even made small talk asking about my weekend. Great customer service.

Business neglects employees, places them in unsafe conditions and expects them to sit and work in 90 degree heat and the mall didn’t even bother to try to fix it. I’m surprised none of the baristas were sick! I work at a Starbucks and this was entirely too ridiculous to have been ignored.
