My family and I love going out for ice cream. We live on Indian river drive. Normally go to scoops on Jensen Beach blvd. Love it there. Decided to try this new place the young gentleman behind the counter is a moron! Insulted our interest in Disney. Paid 9.62 for a 2 scoop sundae which was horrible!!! The sundae was dripping everywhere before we left. Gentlemen continued to voice his dislike of our hobbies. Worst service ever. We will never return!! On average we spend 60 to 100 dollars on every trip to scoops. His attitude was awful. Only got 1 dessert versus getting 6. Left and went to scoops
Great experience coming to this ice cream shop. The varieties are endless and the service was amazing. Would def recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for something sweet or even just a look around!

I don't leave bad reviews very often but how do you mess up ice cream? Maybe we just got unlucky but I would never go back. Servings were really small, two scoops was the same as a kids' sizes at most places. We ordered a milkshake and it was runny, no whipped cream, and to be honest the ice cream just didn't taste good. Maybe they will get their act together but they didn't have it tonight.

WAY overpriced. The sizes don't make sense "1 scoop, 2 scoop, 3 scoop?" Why not just small medium large? Is each scoop equal to one flavor? Fudge sample was dry as the Sahara. Don't have crepes despite what another commenter described (don't even have like half the things on the menu) . Ice cream is average at best, cones were stale. Will definitely bring my business to the Scoop, Kilwins, or Strawberry's instead.
