Very poor experience today for order 79. The two employees working were rude and unhelpful. My order was missing the additional sour cream that I added and already paid for, which caused unnecessary headaches two times, and they charged me again for the sour cream. They showed no urgency or concern that I was standing there waiting after already waiting for my food. Then She came over and said DO YOU NEED SOMETHING? Then proceed to tell me that my taco already had sour cream, why yes it does but this was the additional one I purchased for the quesadilla. Extremely disappointing customer service and the location was disgusting with spilled drinks under tables and food on the floors.

it's a taco bell. modern setup, clean, and they did manage to get thru dining room diners at a fair pace.
i realize the store does not control this, but i did not like the parking lot setup, esp how the drive theu wraps around the whole building. be extra cautious backing out or crossing the lot, there are ppl russling thru bags instead of looking carefully at the road!

I made a Mobil order about 3 minutes before arriving and when I got the the window gabe immediately introduced himself and said how may I help I said my name for the order and when I pulled forward he immediately handed me the food and said have a nice night sauces and napkins are in the bag asked me if I needed anything else and I was On my way fastest drive through I’ve ever experienced

Place was disgusting and unclean. Cheese everywhere all over the floor and tables. Many of the chairs were wobbly and unstable. Soda machine was broken and had hair on our drink. 🤮
I had a sweet little note on my door dash order with the store phone number saying I could contact if I had any issues. I did not have any issues but I thought that was a nice gesture. Kudos to this taco bell 🔔
