Used the drive up window and did takeout with my son. We both enjoyed the chicken sandwiches very much. I had the grilled chicken which was made fresh and my son had the signature sandwich.
This Zaxby’s is awful. I have always enjoyed Zaxby’s. Food has always been fresh and delicious. Even the toast was amazing. I’ve been to this location twice. Food was cold and the toast didn’t even taste right both times. I will not be going to this location any longer.

I don't usually leave a review. This is by far the worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. Food is cold. They had one register open . I gave my order ( she wrote it down! ) and it was completely wrong. I asked for all fries no slaw and got the opposite. By the time i realized this they were closed. They had a kid sitting in a high chair behind the counter. Floor was all sticky. Listen I love Zaxbys. Just this store needs a whole lot of improvement.

The chicken fingers were ok, the fries were soggy and only warm, not hot, the bread was not edible. The worst part was the service. The girl mumbled over the drive through speaker, which was annoying but the worst was when she handed me my drink and the entire thing was covered in soda AND the lid was not securely pressed down. No more Zaxby's for me.

Placed an order through the app for the first time. Easy to order and easy for pickup. However they didn't season the fries at all and the toast is a cruton. Completely inedible. If I go again it will only be if I can eat there which is a shame because my kids liked it so it would be a quick easy weekday meal.

The Assistant manager is very rude! After owing me a refund one person who said he was a manager Jason told me to come in whenever to correct the problem, he stated he couldn't refund me but could replace the food(which I was fine with) I was in the Jensen Beach area and decided to stop by to order food(I called 10 minutes prior to verify Jason was working and the offer still stands which it did) I pulled up to the drive through to order the same food on the receipt once I pulled to the window the Assistant manager immediately came to the window asking what was the problem, I tried explaining to her then she remembered me from the incident then proceeded to say "I already told you I'm not giving you shit" "Your problem isn't with us it's with corporate" I then tried to explain corporate only sends out responses to the GM to refund the order but I never got a reply from the Gm. Her words were my general manager already handled you, you already got a refund (which I never did) she then starts accusing me of giving them an insurance company number instead of the number I called which is 866-892-9297. She then says it's from two months ago basically saying I need to get over it! Excuse me I don't care if it's $1 from a year ago I want what's owed back to me. I paid for the order twice but only received one order at a different location over 35 miles away. I even called them to say don't make the food just so they wouldn't waste their food cause it was a app error. She then starts yelling to her brother Jason how she wasn't giving me anything, she remembers me etc. I asked her for her gm information like I did several times in the past but she still refused to give it to me. I don't care if she didn't give the food I would've still paid but you can't talk to people like they're trash or disrespect them then expect them to respect you. After I decided to match her energy she then says I'm going to call the cops but called a group of friends to handle the matter. I then called the cops because I have nothing to hide and the situation was minor to me she tells the cops several lies which is backed up by her brother and friends. She should be fired but even that probably won't help her nasty attitude. We owe you nothing! You only have a job because we the customers visit the location. The money from the customers is what keeps this business going. It's very hard to get in touch with the Gm or owner but they should look into their Assistant! She's not professional and customer skills suck!

On a warm summer evening I rode my bicycle to this location on a drunken whim. I brought a chicken sandwich thinking it would be like any other chicken sandwich you can find in modern north America. I was surprised to taste this original spicy chicken sandwich on my ride back home, it was so delicious! This spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it had been blessed by the ancient gods of Sumeria. Like Ishtar and Gilgamesh were cooking back there in that Zaxby's with golden demigod chickens. Great food, friendly staff, will definitely recommend to my homies back in Mesopotamia. Will be back!
Got your attention? They only wish they had cars going around the building like Chik Fila for their chicken sandwich and great customer service. Both are really lacking at this location. I received my sandwich with a piece of the bun missing. Now I don't think anyone took a bite out of it, but what restaurant with a brand to protect would let something like that to leave the kitchen. I went back to show them, expecting at least an apology, what I got was attitude from a multi colored haired waste of space. She did finally say, would I like a refund. I refused since it came with no apology and a dose of attitude while it came so late I would rather call corporate HQ and review them on line.

I don’t know where to begin. As someone who grew up with the Original Zaxby’s. This location has ruined it for me. Order 3 salads, they say they only have enough for two. I order something different they’re out of that.Driest Chicken I’ve ever had. Almost like rubber. The two salads were not the ones I ordered. Just close the doors if you care so little.
