It is good and usually clean but I have often seen children using their fingers to get samples from the machine instead of cups. They should have sample cups out, but you have to ask the worker who is usually in the back if you need onem

My love for frozen yogurt has gotten even bigger since I chose 16 Handles as my # 1 favorite spot!!! The oat milk vanilla is fabulous to have with the coffee flavor!! I love that there’s always a sugarfree options, too. It’s always fun to go in with a friend or a sister !!!

Arrived to pickup a uber eatsorder the staff was very friendly helped me right away picking up my order however it wasnt so easy get a parking space the parking lot is way too small for the volume of customers coming thur

Such a cute froyo place, they keep it really clean and the staff is super nice especially Ella!! she’s seriously the sweetest she welcomes everyone with the friendliest smile her nice energy is contagious. The owner is also really friendly!

Fun spot for frozen yogurt or a few gelato flavors. Variety of toppings available from fruit to candy, decent amount of seating inside and a few tables outside. The only limited thing I would say is parking, we had to circle the block before we could get a spot in their parking lot, street parking is very limited.
