Great service they have a pretty good menu selection and pricing is great. They are not actually juice, but they make smoothies and healthy food

I tried 3Natives for the first time, I ordered online. I got a notification that my food was ready to be picked up, but when I got there they said they lost my order, and on top of that, it didn't even taste that great, I'm going back to Tropical Smoothie. Sorry I cheated on you. It won't happen again ?

When I used to work my old job I'd come in here for lunch very often. Food was always good and people were always friendly.

There was one time where the Acai in my PB&A was frozen rock solid and actually broke my plastic takeout spoon, but that was an isolated incident. Nobody's perfect and I get sometimes mistakes happen. All good.

Great franchise!

I have eaten at 3 natives multiple times and never had problems with our food. Today, our food did not taste good at all. They didn’t add the correct fruit and had minimal açaí. After spending 24 dollars on two açaí bowls I would expect better.

My favorite location that I have been to so far. Staff is always friendly, welcoming and does their best to satisfy customers. Service is fast and excellent. Food is always fresh, from the wraps to the açaí bowls that I have gotten here. Always clean inside. I’ve had an issue once and it was immediately resolved, owner and manager are professional and caring for their customers. There are other locations closer to me, (which I don’t think are owned by the same owner) but I always go out of my way to come here because of the overall experience I receive.

I am not one to leave a review especially a negative review but felt it was important for other customers to hear this since I have been a loyal customer here for years and send a lot of my friends and family here as well since they offer a great menu of healthy options. Today we ordered what we always order (my kids love the pink dragon smoothie) and when my 6 year old son took a sip he made a face and almost spit it out saying something was not right. I took a sip and it tasted sour so we brought it back in and let the staff know. We have always loved coming here and the staff has always been very friendly so we didn't expect the reaction we got. We were told by the gentleman who I believe is one of the owners "we do not replace smoothies. you can throw it away". I threw it away since it was bad but thought they would make another one for us. Instead the manager came back and said "you'd like to buy another one? I made it and it was done right so there's nothing wrong with it and if you want you can buy another one". I told him my 6 year old son loves these and they're usually sweet but this one was very clearly sour and either the ingredients had spoiled or were not mixed with correct proportions. Instead of buying another one which could be the same, we chose to leave and my poor son was upset but we chose to go to anther location. We will stay loyal to 3 Natives but sadly this location lost a great customer. We will start going to the location on Miliary Trail in Jupiter instead. Thank you for all of the wonderful years we had here and I hope another customer is not treated the same in the future.

I don’t often leave reviews but this place really left my heart and stomach with happiness and comfort!!! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with cheerful joy & and the best customer service! The manager Tia was very knowledgeable and friendly and took great care to the needs of myself and my children as we had so many questions from the amazing menu. Our meals were prepared so quickly & fit into my busy schedule that day with such ease. Upmost gratitude for the team working very well together with great leadership and it was shown through the delicious açaí bowls for the kids and my big salad ( that I will be returning for frequently to bring to my office daily). Thanks again 3natives, for being there for the locals

Vegetarian options: The veg head is by far my favorite lunch meal and good prices

Honestly so disappointed in todays 3 natives. I go here every time I’m in town and today they were so slow and the açaí I got was fully melted.

I want to first clarify this review is for this specific location, not the company overall. Generally, my experiences at 3 Natives are positive ones. This location is a disaster. I continue to go there out of sheer convenience, but I am constantly disappointed. First, I start with the atmosphere. Every time I go in there tables are not bussed, the music is low and it’s just a weird vibe. Second, it’s severely understaffed leading to long lines and many stressed out employees running around after orders done improperly or wrong. The over staffing and overstress of the employees calls for a bad attitude from said employees. I totally get why they’re not happy, who would want to work in an environment where you were running around stressed out constantly. Also, the food quality is different. I don’t know if things are being made differently by under trained employees or they just don’t put as much care and love into their prepping cook. It’s depressing because they’re essentially tarnishing the name of an awesome local brand. This is an amazing location, and they are ruining the 3 native reputation.
