I have always enjoyed the food here and prefer to support local businesses. But, I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. I ordered directly through Bagel Boyz on their website, rather than using a third-party site like Uber eats or DoorDash. The driver did not deliver my food. When I reached out to bagel boyz as directed on my receipt, I was told there was nothing they would or could do and that it was “on the driver or the third party website”.

I ordered a toasted breakfast bagel (cheese & egg) with bacon & jalapeno cream cheese, what I got was a half-toasted bagel with minimum cheese, egg & bacon, and diced jalapenos instead of cream cheese. The place wasn't very busy and the staff seemed to not care about quality & service. Not to mention I was overcharged and people should be aware of pricing.

Went for two breakfast sandwiches, tasted absolutely awful. Eggs are boxed, clearly fake and rubbery- not made to order. Staff was friendly and Bagels were decent for the area- but not too much better than Dunkin’ donut bagels. Priced way too high for what you receive. Overrated and would not go again.

I would’ve taken a picture of our bagels, but we devoured them. In the South it’s hard to find great bagel sandwich. I married a South Jersey guy and we finally found a bagel shop in SC, but when we moved to Al, we haven’t had a great bagel since… until today. Hands down the best bagel ever. And the “favorite son” gave our daughter this lemon cookie to try! Amazing!

Been eating here over 18 years. Best Philly cheese steak in florida. Breakfast sandwiches are also good but I have a hard time not ordering the philly.
Absolute joke… rock hard bagels not even good and do they count 10 little pieces of Asiago shreds per bagel or what am I looking at here? Confused how they’ve lasted this long in Jupiter. Einsteins bagels makes this place look like hell. No more bites were taken, no bagels were harmed in this pic. But I was.

Food was okay, the cashier was extremely rude and was annoyed when ask what type of bread they have, I also caught him looking straight at my wife's breast which we found extremely disrespectful, definitely not coming back
