We visited to get snow cones for the kids. The store was super clean and modern. It has the look of a brand new location. It was attractive and inviting. It was not busy when we ordered a slushie and a snow cone with Nerds on top. We ordered the small size of each, which was much more than the kids wanted. We were disappointed that after a few bites, the kids didn't want to finish what we got them, so the adults finished what was left over. Of course, the kids still wanted something after getting items they soon did not want. My advice is for anything new, to order smaller than you might think you want. I was amused that their sizes step up from baby to small to medium to large to avalanche to Everest. Baby would have been the right choice for us.

I am a surf club rewards member and I ordered online to be picked up and while ordering it gives the option to do flat top or top like in shop! I choose top like in shop and I get a flat top! I was told by the employee that all online orders get flat tops so that it don’t spill in drivers cars! Does that make any sense? I told her this is not a delivery order it’s a pick up order she (Sophia) said there’s nothing she can do because all online orders get flat tops! My question is why give the option of you can’t grant it… poor customer service from kids with no manager to guide them ??

Maria and Amanda were extremely clean with handling the food, changing gloves and washing hands! I was very impressed to see that. I’ve gone to many places where I see grown adults not practicing handwashing/ sanitary techniques. Great Job young ladies! I appreciate you so much!
