What a complete mess this restaurant is! Our reservation was at 7:00. They “accidentally” gave our table to another party of 6 and then tried to seat us at a table for 4, squishing us in. We finally got a table for 6 at 8:00 ( in the bar area even though the reservation was fir inside ) and didn’t get food until 8:45. When the order came out, 2 of the 6 meals were the wrong food. They obviously need new management who knows how to run a restaurant and doesn’t clearly overbook. Revenues over service/ambiance/customers doesn’t work particularly when the season is over. A similar thing happened at Thanksgiving. We were seated 3 hours after our reservation. We will never go back.

Always consistently good food. French Onion soup delicious Ceasar salad always very cold and fresh Fish and chips a "go to" The special last night Was lamb shanks pot pie One of our guests ordered and was raving about it. Grand Marnier Souffle always a great finish to a wonderful meal.
Everything was excellent. Cold night, so inside dining room was packed making it Nosier then usual
It was a girls night out for celebrating a friend's birthday. There were six of us at a round table, and it was just perfect everything about it
I was shocked that Martinis with house vodka were $19.50. I think I will go to Palm Beach next time. Better atmosphere and less expensive.

This was our second time at Bistro. Both times were great! This time we brought more people because we liked it so much the first time. The food, specifically the seafood, was fresh and tasty. Stand-out items were the black grouper and yellowtail snapper as well as the Caesar salad (that was made similar to how I make it at home). The ambience was nice and our server was friendly and prompt with checking in on us.
Will be back!

We dined at the Bistro on Christmas Eve , granted a very busy evening everywhere . We booked a few weeks in advance after dining there on a few occasions. Unfortunately the server was either new or untrained. She took drink orders which arrived 30 minutes later . We placed orders for NY Strip steaks -tough and inedible and Dover Sole -2 which arrived room temperature and mushy more than 90 minutes after ordering . One of the chefs arrived after registering disappointment .
Replaced steaks with two burnt filet mignons and two more lukewarm Dover Soles. Each of these entrees were $60 -$ 65 and fell well short of expectations . Management offered to “ comp” this disastrous meal with a $ 18 Soufflé.
Almost 3 hours of. a completely unsatisfying dining experience .
Will not be returning soon to a restaurant we once enjoyed

I rarely write reviews. However, The Bistro on US 1 in Jupiter happens to exceed any other restaurant in a 30 mile radius. I have had the privilege of eating in private country club restaurants, family owned restaurants in this same area and many other high end chain restaurants; hands down The Bistro will surprise you, not only, the quality and taste of their food but if you are so inclined to eat at the bar you will never feel like a stranger. The bar and wait staff are in a league of their own. As far as pricing they rival any restaurant. I’ve recently eaten at a “supposed, best restaurant “ and the prices were much higher and the atmosphere delinquent in feel, decor and space. The waiter was rushing us as at least 7 tables were empty. You won’t find any off putting comments, innuendos just a great friendly warm environment. I could continue with more positive specificity but will refrain so that you can experience this restaurant Gem yourself.

Thanksgiving dinner, good food, horrible seating and service.
We had people constantly around our table, a three course dinner took close to 2 1/2 hours.
While we waited 45 minutes for our desserts, a waiter dropped a shrimp from a shrimp cocktail , with sauce, on my guest.
No comment from the waiter or management.
Very unprofessional.

went for thanksgiving lunch (my first time trying bistro) and was sadly so disappointed. all of our food was very bland and unseasoned.. the waitress kept forgetting to bring us things as well that we asked for. we waited 35 minutes for a soda and another 25 minutes for desserts. they also forgot to give us our cranberry sauce with our dinner and sugar for a drink. we were also spoken to rudely by two waitresses too when asking for issues to get fixed. the manager managed to get things resolved at the end but it was a really sad experience especially for the price.
One of our favorite places for dinner. Great people, Great food!! Wonderful atmosphere.

Overall, excellent experience. I had chicken vol au vent as my entree, others had the double pork chop and fish wrapped in parchment paper. Everything was cooked to order and delicious.
