Last time I was here I waited in a long line of people forever. Then I heard about the fourth person ahead of me exclaim WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU’RE OUT OF CHICKEN?!!! They’d been out for awhile but didn’t bother to tell the line. I left. Yet I returned once more yesterday around 6 pm - dinnertime, right? Only one car in the lot — word has def spread about this place. There was no one there at first then a lady unlocked the door and said she was closing bec they are out of alllll the meat! What kind of management is that? Restaurants are BOOMING around here. If this place could function, they would do ok. Other restaurants are getting their meat. Staffing is short everywhere, but they are open and working. Corporate needs to fire them all and revamp this pathetic place!

The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. The service is excellent and the food/sides are very good although the meatloaf is somewhat dense. Go for the roasted chicken. Pricing is reasonable, $15 for a meal a beverage.

Ordered my food for pick up and said it would be ready at 7:29 when I pulled into the parking lot at 7:22 all the lights were off the sign was on and 4 cop cars were around the side and to the back of the restaurant . Now these jokers are holding my payment for food that I never received ..attn…!!! Call your bank and get your charges back ..a lot of people have been screwed by this location ..read the reviews…I used to like Boston market ..now I can’t wait till there gone ..

World's smallest chicken!! I ordered 3 piece dark. Two small legs and one thigh. The thigh was literally one bite. I swear it was from a quail or pigeon. The portion sizes for side dishes have diminished as well. But.,The prices have gone up dramatically. Plus, They use to serve on real plates and metal eating utensils. But all plastic now. $16.00 for the 3 piece dark. 2 sides, muffin and drink. Adios Boston Market. You lost me.

I ordered from this location after going to the website and seeing the website was in-fact updated days prior to ordering. After placing and PAYING for an entire order online, we followed directions to pick it up in 15 minutes, come to find out the location was CLOSED and the credit card payment was PROCESSED!!! So we PAID for food we never received!!!!!!! Not cool

Boston Market needs to get it together. You guys close early all the time. Now you guys are closed all week? All your other locations in South Florida have been having issues; lack of staff, incorrect orders, missing items, no lobby open. I love your food but y’all having issues.

That place always closes before hours three times I have passed 7:25 - 7:30 and it is serrated they should definitely saw it off because even the workers do not serve well ??and they do not deserve stars, I only put it because it requires it to send my review

Made an online order 12/12/21, show up and there is nobody working. Sign on door said they were open until 5pm. But they already took my money.Update. Went to the restaurant today 12/13/21 and the manager is refusing to give me the food or a refund. Says I have to call corporate, but refuses to give me the number.You lost a customer before I even had the chance to try the food. But that's why Boston Market does this. So they can keep the money. Bunch of shady thieves

This used to be my favorite place to eat, lately the food has been awful, sides are undercooked or spinach has clumps of mystery material I literally had to spit out, I literally felt sick after eating this meal and like I said this used to be one of my favorite places to eat, I don't know what's going on with this location but it's not the same. I don't think I could go back to this place anymore.

Literally ruined Thanksgiving. I drove an hour to my nearest Boston Market to pickup my Thanksgiving order only to be told that my order was cancelled by the company. I placed the order 6 days in advance, to avoid any issues. I’m so done. Never again.

It's only 2 people that work here and the one that is a manager I suppose, is very rude this location need to close down until they can get staffed properly and have food that is on their menu available

The staff is so nice and courteous. Smiles all around. We definitely enjoyed our meals. Comfort food is great, I even sprung for an extra side.
