So much for their reward system. I had enough points for an item but they told me I had to buy the same item to use the points but every other Burger King I’ve never had a problem. They’re just trying to get people to pay more to use rewards. Ridiculous.

Martha, casanova and the skinny blk girl working here are GREAT WORKERS, with excellent customer service skills. My food is always done to perfection and in timely matter. The BK porters cleaning here always keep this restaurant exceptionally clean- never dirty tables with ketchup smeared on them, and bathrooms ALWAYS spotless. Very, VERY good fast food restaurant 💯👏👍

It’s fast food, you’re simply not going to get a 5 star experience. And for those saying they are regulars and always order the same thing perhaps the problem lies within. It’s a place to drive by grab a burger or whatever and keep it moving. You want smiles and bells and whistles go in your pockets and go to a regular restaurant

Terrible, just terrible. Inability to provide basic order intake accurately or assemble an order. Backups out the door because of this having to correct mistakes making fast food into slow food. Not worth it for the food quality
This place is HORRIBLE!!! The people who work at night might be the dumbest people I've ever met, my order had missing items, the food is ALWAYS cold!!! They are not even busy and can't get a simple $20 order right! Manager has no clue how to run a store, Jupiter just needs to shut this place down!!!! Best part is........ when you call to complain their number is disconnected!!!! What a joke of a business, clown show complete clowns working there!

I recently lost the trailer I live to a tornado from hurricane Milton. So I have been starving myself trying scrap up the money to find a place. I woke up in the middle of the night. Starving to the point I could not sleep and I had to be at work at six am. I decided to go here since it was the only thing open. I order the little five dollar have it your way meal, ate the the fries and the nuggets, and saved my little bacon burger for lunch the next day. Only to discover the gave me a single patty, no cheese, no veg, just ketchup and mustard. Way to kick me while I'm down. Not only that, but I waited 15 minutes after getting to the window for this bs. Absolutely outrageous man.
