Went through the drive through around 2:00 for a late lunch. One of the orders included a frozen Fanta and the other a Diet Coke, in addition to food. The order on the screen had a frozen Coke and Coke listed. I told the person who was helping us that this was wrong but he told it's fine, correct and to take it and move along. I did. I won't be back. Rod was the name of the person helping me. He definitely needs customer service training.

I consistently go to this Burger King, because I enjoy their hamburgers, and it’s close to where I work. Multiple times they have gotten my order wrong, including tonight (when I clarified Diet Coke twice with a verbal confirmation from them) and still got regular Coke. That I can get over, even though supposedly their slogan directly states I can “have it my way”.Tonight, I got stuck for 35 minutes in a drive-through line to find out at the window (they never took my order at the speaker) that they are simply short-staffed because their manager didn’t ask enough people to work. I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant for the amount of time I spent trapped in the drive-through line at a “fast food” restaurant.I hope the manager reads this. It’s season. It’s busy. Staff your restaurant. I feel bad for the employees being overworked and the customers being served poorly.

Was there for a takeout breakfast. The manager was operating the drive-through and counter. He was not under pressure. He was meticulous and extremely kind. fair prices as well.

I was very excited, but they messed up almost my entire order. They charged me for what I ordered, BUT unfortunately I did not receive what I paid for.The poor workers looked very busy and tired, and they weren't rude , which is the only reason I didn't complain to them.

Waited in drive through for about 15 min. No one came on the speaker so drove up to window to a VERY rude female stating, “there was someone in front of you”, when I mentioned I was unsure if the drive through was working and if I could order at the window. She was very rude, rolling her eyes and stating she wouldn’t help us because I didn’t wait at the speaker. Mind you there were like 4 cars behind me as well. Needless to say, we left and will never be back. She should be in the back if she can’t treat people with respect. Poor customer service!!!!!

The girl at the drive-through was so nice. I think her name was Sarah. She was really polite and helpful and she is a rockstar of the team. The whole team seems really nice but she was awesome and I’ll definitely be coming back here.
