Our first time at BurgerFi. Staff was super helpful and friendly. BBQ rodeo patty melt was delicious. The best milkshakes ever. Highly recommend red velvet shake.

The restaurant is absolutely filthy, the soda machine is broken, and the food is inedible. We got one bite into our burger and fries before we threw it away. Somehow even the plastic fork dispenser looked sticky. Don't waste your time.

Literally the BEST BURGERS IN TOWN!!??? Guys seriously if you want good burgers, you get good burgers. They are fresh, crispy, juicy, and absolutely perfectly delicious! Omg and don’t even get me started on their milk shakes….???

Delicious burgers and everyone who works here is always very friendly.This place also has shockingly good free wifi! It's my preferred work/study location. The view is great and there are plenty of places to sit. Don't cram into a coffee shop!

BurgerFi has good burgers, better than the standard fast food options. You do have to wait a couple minutes for your food to come out but that’s how you know they make everything when it’s ordered, the food hasn’t been sitting under a heat lamp for who know how long. What sets this specific location apart (besides the gorgeous waterfront location) is the employees here are always outstanding. They are always so friendly and make sure you’re happy with your order. A particular shout out to Latoya who is often here when I come. She’s so friendly and such a hardworker, she’s always a pleasure to see.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burger option
Kid-friendliness: Right next to the Harbourside amphitheater, a great place for kids to run around!

Burger was bloody after waiting an hour. Had to wait another 20 minutes for a shake. Girl cashier kept talking to another customer with a bad attitude when it was my turn and I had to tell the customer it’s my turn right now you need to wait. Couldn’t figure out a coupon for so long I just said forget it. I asked for it to go, they gave it for dine in so I said just give it to me bc who knows how long that would have taken for them to just put in a bag. Everything was just bad. Won’t go back. Spent almost $40 and not worth even $4.

I would definitely come here again!!! I got the Swag burger, and Cajun Fries, and it did not disappoint at all!!!! If you like trying new food, I’d totally suggest this place!!! And if you like spicy food, the swag burger is AMAZING!!!

What a gem , this location is like no other and I been to a few different burger Fi”s service is excellent , the staff needs to be recognized for what they do after we got our food the lady that was multi tasking was the cashier, cleaning tightening everything up , I also think she was the manager too , because she came to our table to check if everything was good with our meal which she did a few times and I thought this is a 5 star restaurant service, will definitely come back and recommend this particular location I Harbor side ( sorry I forgot the name of the nice lady don’t mean to be rude she is fit and darker skin completions but so nice )

The manager was awesome would come back here again for sure the customer support shown these days is poor but not here. Onion rings awesome and burgers were great. Never been this impressed with an overall experience.

BurgerFi is an appreciated addition to the fast food scene in Jupiter. This particular restaurant has a very attractive location, at the waterfront and nest to an amphitheater in the Harbourside Place mall. There are a few tables inside and outside, weather permitting the preferred tables are outside. The burgers are top of the line, but the best are french fries with distinct taste, texture and seasoning. They also offer take out service, however, with this location I prefer to dine in and enjoy the prime location.

John, I believe who is the GM is wonderful. The app has some issues - and he immediately identified the problem (they opened at 11 and the app, set “asap” to 1130. But he showed me how to find my receipt and he pre-made my order AND insisted (they werent that busy but still) to deliver it to the fountain splash pad in front of the restaurant where my daughter, father and I were hanging out. Oh and he came out and packaged our leftovers while we’re playing and I didn’t even notice. So yeah - fabulous experience, your store is in good hands!! 10 stars
