5 STARS all around for burgerfi. Latoya and John are the best. Ever since John became GM of this location, we dont go to any other. Toya is amazing, such a hard worker. Nothing but great service, great food, and hospitality from the staff. Alex always performs his job with a smile on his face, whiNot just those two that i mentioned either, their entire staff works hard.

This us my first visit in a while because the food and service were bad for so long. I was extremely excited to see a new team and a manager. They were fast with the service, the food was good, and the actually had a great culter of service, which made me really happy.. I'll be back more now.

The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was served hot and as ordered. I ordered a veggie burger and regular French fries. My Dad and brother both enjoyed a cheeseburger and my brother ordered the Cajun French fries. The Cajun fries were good and the only difference is the fries are lightly dusted with Cajun seasoning. It was a very good experience and the staff checked in on us from time to time during our meal.
I'm GF and I was talking while ordering and completely forgot to request a GF bun. Once the meal came out, I realized it. I went to go order (and pay) for another gluten free one, and Haven who was working the counter asked her manager to comp it! It was no one's fault but my own. Thankful and happy with the service I got.

We just stopped there for late dinner. The staff was so friendly even though they were just about to close. They made fresh fries and the burgers were hot and delicious. Restaurant was clean. Two separate staff members asked how meal was and both greeted us and thanked us for visiting. Gave 5 stars for food but keep in mind it is still a fast food restaurant which is why I only gave four stars for atmosphere. Service was 5 stars!
