We had a company party there for Xmas. There was a special menu and the waitress was very attentive and pleasant. She had plenty of help and empty plates were cleared quickly. The manager checked in on us as well. Food was delivered hot and that's hard with a party of 30. Drinks flowed nicely and the water was always filled. Some of the staff finished up their evening with karaoke. Great party made possible with great food and service.

I've been to just about all the Cabo Flats locations and I LOVE this one. Easy access and clean restaurant. If you get Lyrica as your server you are in luck. She is one of the most attentive I've ever had and even made sure my wife and I had extra tortillas since we were splitting our fajita. The manager knew we were trying to watch the NFL playoff game (we didn't even ask) and changed the closest screen to the game so we didn't have to turn. I come here all the time and will continue to do so!

Former employee. Honestly an amazing restaurant, ran by Max. He keeps his place well ran. Good food. (margaritas are the best thing though) Good luck Max & Cabo! Keep up the work!! If you have any issues he will be more then happy to help fix the problem and give you a little extra!

Our server Lyric was fantastic. She anticipated our needs before we could. A manager by the name of Aubrey stopped by to check on us which was impressive. We are business owners in the area with a food and beverage background and took note of the excellent service and management. Because of the way we were treated and the awesome food and margaritas, we will most definitely return! Maxim was awesome also. Thanks ago Cabo Flats for the amazing experience!

My family and I visited this location on Friday, the experience was outstanding! The manager Max, introduced himself, greeted us and checked on how we were enjoying the food. I must say, for a person who dines out often (like myself) it was refreshing to see a him take the extra step to make customers feel welcome and comfortable.

The staff was super nice and fun. The manager even stopped by our table to see if everything was right and it was. Service was superb and would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back soon!

Good food, horrible service. Empty Tuesday, service was still slow and awful. Hostess wasn't happy to seat a group. We even squeezed tables together for her. Drinks that weren't forgotten took forever. One person in our group didn't even get his tacos till the rest of our party recieved and finished our food. Charged full prices for happy hour items. Ended up just giving up... Haven't had service this bad in a long time.

Margarita, the bartender, was nice and helpful. The burrito bowls we ordered didn't have the guacamole and looked more like it came from a fast food place than an upscale restaurant! The basket of chips at the bar came with a hair in it to boot! I would recommend checking your to go order before taking it out of the restaurant!

Went there on a Friday night with a date. Two people working bar. We didnt hardly get noticed when we date down at bar. Ordered drinks then ordered happy hour appetizers. Ordered dinner and after long wait they brought our appetizers out again. Cancelled dinner order and waiter tried charging us regular price for happy hour apps. Manager took blame but service was horrendous. Used to go here all time. Not anymore.

Horrible, just horrible service. Went to go pick up a to go order which was ready and that turned into a 40+ min wait. Then when having an issue with the receipts instead of the Manager at the bar do anything, she just starts arguing with me. Then I have another customer to my left complaining and feeling sorry for me and a lady to my right trying to hint out she wanted her check to pay and never even saw her get it since I had to leave. The food servers had no idea where any plate of food went, they went around asking if this was that persons certain food or calling out "Who ordered the chicken Tacos?!" For example instead of knowing where to go. Completely unprofessional and difficult to work with there, do NOT recommend coming here.

Horrible, indefensibly bad service. There today for lunch on President's day. 3 staff were there, one of which was the cook — I guess they were trying to save some costs, notwithstanding the negative impact this might have on the quality of its service and on its brand. After an hour my food hadn't arrived. When it did, it was cold, so I got up and left. To avoid a similar experience, my advice to those considering it, is not to go there in the first place. Customers should expect a minimal level of service when they go to a restaurant — reasonably timely service and food of acceptable quality, being paramount among them. Cabo Flats failed badly on both marks and one wonders why they're in — or allowed to remain — in business.

Wow! The experience I shared here with my family was outstanding. I live in West Palm and through the grape vine was recommended this restaurant. The family I had in town was from Chicago (food capital of the world), and were heavily dependent upon a solid edible arrangement. The food was incredible and the service was perfect (our server Bobby was half the experience!). I cannot wait until my family is in town to share a great experience here again!
