Our first time & our last time , the rudeness & lack of care or compassion for the customer was like none I have ever experienced before in any establishment. We were a party of 3 last night, Monday 25th March 2024 . The manager/owner would not let my husband & I sit at our reserved table when we arrived promptly at 7pm . My brother the 3rd member of our party was to be 15mins late . I explained about my husband’s knees as he is due for surgery soon & the « manager » gesticulated at a high-top bar seat which was of no use to my husband & like wise a very low wicker chair in the middle of the floor which he could not get down to as he was going through a pain spiral . We had to wait outside & lean against a wall to get relief while looking at our empty banquet seat that would have given my husband immediate relief to sit down on .We would have left altogether but for the fact that my brother made the reservation.The food was fine & our young waiter was friendly but would never go back to a place that treats human beings like this. It was not busy on a Monday night & the seating around us was empty for three quarters of our meal so there was no reason to take such a stance . Shame on this establishment for treating any person like this .

Pretty good food. Enormous portions. The pizza was good but too much cheese. My friend had a Mahi sandwich she enjoyed. Everyone was friendly.

Excellent meal with attentive service. They gladly split our dishes to share. The snapper with crab was excellent. Even the size of the ‘shared'' dishes were as large as full orders at many other restaurants.

Sat at the Bar and ordered Vodka Pasta which was excellent. The girl at the Bar was terrific. I believe it was the owner who came by and offered some Wine to try.

I am writing this review in hopes the owner or other management sees this…My family & I have been coming to this restaurant for 10 YEARS+, we have always loved the food, normally we get take out. The chicken wrap is sooo delicious & also the fresh hummus.The reason I gave 1 start right now was because of the service on 03/13/24 my mom & I decided to dine in this time, in which we had a TERRIBLE interaction with the blonde waitress/“manager” with blonde hair at about 11:30AM.Upon opening the door, I am greeted by the host with a smile, while the waitress/“manager” is stuffing her face with soup & bread to where she couldn’t even greet me because her mouth was FULL of food at the FRONT counter of the restaurant. Not sure if the chick was hangry & didn't want to be at work, but our interaction went down hill from there.We asked to be seated outside for a table for 2. When we walked outside, my mother chooses a 4 top table because the other 2 top tables were not completely shaded under the umbrellas. When our waitress / "manager" came out to greet us there was no "how are you guys doing,” no smile, or "welcome in" just a very rude comment saying she wanted us to sit at a 2 top table because they are going to get very busy soon…… girl, there was nobody there except for 2 people inside… & no one else insight running to the door. But ok, I explained the other 2 top tables were not shaded, & that we’d like to be under the shade. So she takes apart the 4 top table, & upon doing so I notice the solo table became very wobbly, & asked if there was something she could put underneath it… (I am a previous waitress and know MANY tricks to stop a table from being wobbly not very hard task), she replies in a rude, annoyed & UNACCOMMODATING tone saying verbatim, "well why don’t you try this table instead because I don’t know where the stuff is to fix it right now.” at that point I was so upset at the service I said “ACTUALLY, we’re going to get up & leave because I’m not going to deal with this type of attitude & service,” she then replies saying “you have an attitude.” HAHA, this is your job, if you don’t find joy in serving & accommodating, then maybe you should get another job.I was genuinely upset because we have supported this establishment since I was a teenager & I am now a young adult, service is subpar to say the least but the food is good. Can’t say we’ll be back anytime soon because clearly our business was not welcome after all these years.

The Bronzino and Octopus Salad! And they pour a great martini. Tablecloth and linen napkins are a plus! The staff is not stressed out so that says a lot about the owners/management very clean and great choices of wines.

By definition, Ceasar salad is made with anchovies. How can you charge extra for anchovies. Happy hour was wine only. No food items. Very disappointing. Mediterranean Salad was very boring and bland. Our waiter Jonah, had a real lousy attitude. Really annoying and obnoxious tone.
This was our first dining experience at Cafe Sole and we were very impressed. Despite being unexpectedly understaffed, Mo, the owner, his son and the rest of the staff stepped up to the challenge and provided us with a delightful dinner. You can tell this restaurant is a labor of love for Mo and his family. They are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed. The food was delicious. My wife had the Margarita Pizza and I had Filet Mignon Stroganoff. Both were the best we ever had. The dinner menu is so extensive. There is something for everyone. We ate inside and although it was full, it was not noisy. We look forward to returning.

Went here family vacation and it was a huge disappointment. Bad service and waitress was rude. 30 minutes to get drinks and waters. Chicken was undercooked and waitress argued with me saying it was fine. Customer is ALWAYS right. I won't be going

Had spaghetti and meatballs.Meatballs were very good.The gravy was bland and made me sad.Wasn't terrible, but for $27 it was not with worth.

The food and staff are wonderful!! Make sure you go on open table to make a reservation for dinner as it gets very full with reservations and you may have a long wait time for a table. Either way it is worth the wait the food is delicious!!

Loved eating outside on the patio. The specials offered a great selection and the glass of wine included with the meal was a nice touch! The branding, ribs and eggplant were fantastic. The steak, not as much. Will definitely be back!! Plus. Our server was very very attentive and lovely. Will return soon.
