Carmine's Coal Fired Pizza

Food is delicious. We happen to go between lunch and dinner menu. They offered great promotions. They had one of my favorite Italian deserts Al fogato! Delicious great presentation. There fettuccine Alfredo amazing. 4 of us ate a very nice late lunch early dinner. They have a full bar and indoor or outdoor seating.

Absolutely Outstanding!

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant and especially about Artan. He is truly the heart and soul of this place. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for every guest make the entire dining experience unforgettable. Artan goes above and beyond every single time it’s clear that the restaurant wouldn’t be the same without him.

The food is always incredible, but what really makes this restaurant stand out is the atmosphere Artan creates. You can feel his dedication and passion in everything he does. He’s not just great at his job he is what makes the restaurant special.

If you’re looking for an amazing meal and outstanding service, this is the place to go and Artan is the reason why.

We had dinner Sunday night at Carmines on Military trail in Jupiter Florida and sat at the bar with Zack the bartenders, nice guy.  He was very helpful in telling us what was good in the menu. The bar sits about 18 people so it was easy to get a seats.
We both were in the pasta mood, Elizabeth had the Penna Sacillia with red roasted peppers with sliced sausage in a red sauce, I dove into the spaghetti carbonara, tossed with peas, bacon, egg yoke and creamy parmigiana, one of my favorites and they do it the best at Carmines. Zack pointed out that the half orders would be plenty for each of us, boy was he right about that!
Both dishes were great and neither of us could finish our portions. The dishes came out quick, nice and hot and perfectly cooked. Zack spent time chatting with us while at the other end of the bar his friends craved attention but it was all in good fun.
Since we were going to be traveling the next day (stay tuned), we opted to pass on the leftovers.
Next time;  We will be back and try some of the other Italian dishes and can’t wait for that.

The service and food is always good and on target. I frequent the restaurant for both personal and business lunches and happy hours. They are always accommodating.

Sat at the bar for lunch and unfortunately the Bartender was very rude. Not only did she make me feel very unwelcome, she was yammering on and on about her bad date after asking me to turn my phone volume lower (in a loud bar setting) so now I get to hear her personal story. There was a group of 6+ all of which were on their phones and laughing amongst each other and a single gentleman at the bar; all of which were very content and unbothered by me.

After sitting unattended for about 10 minutes she walks up to me and asks “do you need something”
To which I respond “yes… a menu please”
After another 10 minutes and me trying to get get attention to place my order she couldn’t have seemed more bothered.
The lunch never recovered add I couldn’t leave fast enough.

The manager & hostess were friendly.

Carmines restaurants have always been very good to my family, yet this experience will have me second guessing returning.

We forget this place a lot. My favorite thing on the menu is a pear fiochi,
My kids love the pizza and calamari and you can’t go wrong with any of the pasta dishes! Waiters are pretty friendly and the drinks are tasty.

Jupiter native, have eaten here many times and just recently it became a go to for me after all these years because of the Zach S . He’s the best bartender server whatever it is iv ever had in 30+ years of dining experience!

Two waitresses at bar were just awful. Spoke to manager about situation. To make matters worse patrons came over and gave us hard time. Even accused me of grabbing shirt!!!!!! So crazy. Was so excited to go there as I am from out of state and went last visit. Just complete craziness!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic from the food to the service! Coming from NY for pizza and this spot is fantastic! An absolute must have. Donna is a sweetheart and SO attentive! Brought up an allergy issue and they were on it, also brought over a manager. Couldn’t be happier.

MY DINOSAUR BUSINESS BRINGS US ALL OVER THAT STATE OF FLORIDA. WE DROVE 90 MINUTES TO OUR GIG AT THE ROGER DEAN STADIUM.

I ALWAYS TREAT MY STAFF TO A GREAT DINNER AFTER EACH OF OUR DINO GIGS. WE CHOSE CARMINES AND WE ARE GLAD WE DID.

LET IT BE KNOWN THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY INSANELY DELICIOUS!

OUR WAITER KALEB WAS SUPER NICE!

THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE AC WAS NOT WORKING AND SITTING NEAR THE KITCHEN WAS NOT A SMART CHOICE! WAS VERY HOT INSIDE BUT THE FOOD WAS AMAZING.
