Outstanding facility. The customer service is top notch. Ozzy is amazing. Definitely a great place to cool off.

Terrible experience at this location. I presented the owner a valid coupon and he refused to accept it. He stated he didn't care what the offer was and he was not going to allow me to use it. If that wasn't poor customer service enough he went on to personally insult me. I've never been so embarrassed. I've been a customer for years, not anymore. Stay away from an angry and disrespectful owner store.

Nostalgia at its best- still delicious not sure why there are none in Georgia, great soft serve, ice cream cakes, sandwiches, sundaes & cones!!

Delicious ice cream! Clean store. I absolutely love the childhood memory associated with Carvel ice cream.

While the ice cream was great, the service experience was absolutely awful. The two servers up front, Paola and Gris, were incredibly disrespectful to me and my girlfriend, sharing snickers and laughs at our expense. Dirty look after dirty look, we were seconds away from walking out from how disrespected and uncomfortable we felt. Once my girlfriend made the order, they passed it around and showed a disgust in their face before ultimately deciding to make it. I do not know where this deep seeded disrespect comes from at all, but I will not be returning to this establishment. It’s a shame, the ice cream is really good.
