While the ice cream was great, the service experience was absolutely awful. The two servers up front, Paola and Gris, were incredibly disrespectful to me and my girlfriend, sharing snickers and laughs at our expense. Dirty look after dirty look, we were seconds away from walking out from how disrespected and uncomfortable we felt. Once my girlfriend made the order, they passed it around and showed a disgust in their face before ultimately deciding to make it. I do not know where this deep seeded disrespect comes from at all, but I will not be returning to this establishment. It’s a shame, the ice cream is really good.

A great local ice cream spot. Lots of flavors and a decent price point. Would be 5 stars but some of the young high school girls that work there have a very poor attitude.

I got a birthday cake last week and just wanted to say how worth it it was to get it fresh from Carvel rather than from the grocery store or Walmart. I just grabbed a cake out of the case and the woman behind the counter wrote on it. It didn’t take me any longer than going to the store but the ice cream was really fresh tasting. If you want your occasion to be special I would go with a cake fresh from this location!

Carvel is hands down one of our favorite spots for ice cream. My family and I are regulars here, and the staff always greets us with a smile. Our family visits this particular location at least twice a week. Their soft serve is the creamiest of any carvel we’ve visited and enjoy talking to the family members that work there. Keep up the great work!
