So you have to stand to order...I have a rule of thumb about that.The menu is Ala cart...nothing comes together. So I got a double burger from their menu, it had guacamole, jalapeños and Sriracha, I added bacon ? ?.Around 14.00 Juicy, flavorful and all around yummySweet potato fries, perfectly done, added a little salt after tasting. 8.00 Water to drink...2.00 for the cup2.40 tip....(that standing to order thing)... with tax, around $29 and change for lunch. The girl taking my order... about a much personality as a parking curb that isn't even painted yellow. The atmosphere... boring at best. Presentation of my food, Burger K, McD and that red haired girl do a better job. Too bad too, because the food was actually good. Have a go for yourselves... when I went on Tuesday around 12ish... it was empty. One other person came in while I was there dining in.

I used to love this place but for some reason everything went down hill. I don't know if it's something with management or if something else changed but I used to get my orders and everything tasted great. But recently my orders are always wrong. Im either always missing something or literally get a burger with no toppings at all or wrong toppings all together. Last time I went I got home to a burger with no toppings and missing fries and when i called they said they would fix it. They fixed it by giving me a bag of toppings.. At that point my burger was cold and had to be microwaved which was disappointing. You would think they would just make a new burger or something. They just don't seem to care anymore. I used to order A LOT from them and now I don't even bother anymore. Guess it's time to just move on

The burger is decent and that is the staff that I popped in for. Fries are ok, can be crispier... Cajun spice helped though.

Tonight I put in a curbside order for 5:45pm for 2 burgers, 1 regular fry, 1 zucchini fry, one chocolate shake, and one strawberry shake. First they never came out and I waited till 6:05 because I figured it was Friday night and they were probably slammed (which they were not they only had two tables inside and both had their orders) and I wasn't doing curbside because I am lazy I am handicapped and carrying all that food is a challenge. So after waiting till 6:05pm I go in, wait in line, and when they get to me and go to grab my food it is sitting on the prep table in the back. I then asked about our shakes and I was told they were backed up a while. By this point it was 6:10 and so I waited another 15 mins to get my shakes. I even said to the kid that was taking orders that by the time my shakes came out my food would cold and he just kind of shrugged. I would've made them remake it, but I had to get back before visiting hours were over. The burger toppings were on the wrong burgers, but the burger had good flavor even cold, the fries were soggy, and the zucchini fries were good even though ice cold. We spent almost $55 dollars for a hot meal and it was terrible. We have come here many times and this was just a waste of money and time.

Not what it used to be. Everything about CG Burgers is lazy. Don’t bother.
The burgers are good. However, don’t expect a friendly smile or greeting from the employees. They clearly do not like their job or are just miserable in general.
CG Burgers is a really the perfect choice for a great burger.The staff was extremely nice and helpful.Everything was cooked perfectly.Give the garlic parm fries a try.

Second time ordering a chicken sandwich and the second time getting a WET bun. It's literally like they soaked the bun in water before layering it. You literally can't even pick it up. Not sure why fast food places can manage a grilled chicken sandwich without SOAKING the bun and this place can't. Gross.

Tried to place to go order, I don't even think the person who answered speaks English, it was the most frustrating experience and after wasting multiple minutes trying to explain what I wanted on a single burger then had a question and then it took multiple minutes of being on hold before I finally hung up.
