The service was decent along with the atmosphere, but the food was not the best, especially for it being a salad my lettuce was a bit soft as if they gave me old lettuces and just topped with the other toppings it made me lose my appetite.

Usually, I order online but today was a nice day to dine in. The service was great. Laura our server and manager Mike Fitz was very kind. The food was well cooked and presented nicely. Thanks to the kitchen crew behind all the heat.

The food was decent besides the dry chicken crispers, but the service from our server, Jennifer, was terrible. When asked about a mistake she made when ringing up our food she was rude and rolled her eyes. There was only one other table in the restaurant with customers and yet we couldn't even get napkins or refills and then the icing on the cake was when we told her it was our son's 15th birthday she couldn't even say happy birthday when bringing out the dessert we paid for, yet most places sing and give you a dessert complimentary. Like seriously is it that hard to say happy birthday. Worst service I've ever received while celebrating someone's birthday. She really shouldn't be a waitress with that attitude.

This is the worst restaurant ever. I never been at a restaurant where the manger name Suvy is so rude. She doesn't know how to fix the situation or talk to people. She talked to me like you can leave I got other customers waiting to take there money. Suvy walks in the back and talked about my table to everyone in the back and we heard every word of it. Instead of fixing the situation she went back there to talk about us. The manger of this store treats her customers like this. I always go to chili every Saturday but now not anymore. If you wanna go to chilis I recommend going to a different chilis not the one on jupitar 65 us- 1 N, jupitar fl, 33477. Until they get rid of that manger I will not be going to that one, I will drive 35 mins further to not have her serve us. This is not the first time we had problems with suvy.
