I went to Chili’s for lunch today. The server was wonderful. He was super friendly and very attentive. I got the honey chipotle ribs, macaroni and cheese, and broccoli. The ribs were delicious. The macaroni and cheese has been better before. It was not as cheesy as usual, but still a good flavor. The broccoli was cooked perfectly with really good seasoning.

The boneless wings were hard and difficult to chew. By the time the waitress returned, I had waited long enough and they refused to remove the charge from my bill. I only managed to eat 1 1/2 pieces. I won't return.

The waitress never came back to the table when the food was served and I had to get refills at the bar. Then when I paid and then realized the check was wrong the manager said I would get a refund in 3 business days. Six business days have going by and still no refund.Parking: Nothing more

This has to be the worst restaurant in America today. Twelve people arrived at five thirty for a birthday party.At that time there were 4 or five tables in the entire restaurant They don't take reservations. So we had to wait outside for everyone to show up. Drinks were ordered the service people didn't know whose drinks were Who's and it took 2 people 5 tries to get our drinks even with the I pads. Once the food was ordered.The food came out as followsFirst 3 dishes, Then 20 minutes later 2 more, then 10 minutes 3 dishes, Then my dinner , then the manager came out and said are you all set? No I had no tortilla for my Freitas and the birthday boy, his wife & friend's food still was in kitchen. 55 minutes after the first meals If that was not bad enough. The server never came back to see if anything was wrong. If we need a drink refilled. The manager took care of the meals the birthday boy. The birthday boy's wife and the birthday boy's friend. Who was the last three meals to come out. My fajitas, steak and shrimp. The steak was well done and tough. The cold shrimp were exactly that little tiny shrimps cooked way more than they needed to be. How this company has a three hundred dollar stock price is beyond me. My meal was the fourth to the last meal served.And I can honestly tell you. I will never ever eat at chilis restaurant again. Several years ago I went there to chili's to try their chili. You would think it would be fantastic. It was bitter it wasn't hot and I ended up throwing it away. This was the last chance I'm given this restaurant and for me. The manager the cooks and the waiters need to be retrained.

We were quite disappointed. The service that came out of the kitchen was not good. We were a large crowd and the food came out sporadically and some people were all done eating before some people even got their meals. We probably will no longer go to that Chili'

Food was cooked to order and warm when received. Service was friendly, but not very attentive. My daughter irdered boneless wings with sauce on the side. However, when her food was served, it was chicken nuggets. Server advised that "THE MENU MUST HAVE CHANGED AND THEY NO LONGER HAVE WINGS" ??♀️. Our initial drinks (water and a soda) were skipped twice. Our fries were forgotten more than once, and the cocktail was never made until we had to remind her again ? She was very kind and pretty busy, so we completely understood. However, I feel it is my responsibility to tell facts as they occurred. My daughter usually gets a cocktail ? but never finishes it. However, as you will see in the video, she drank it dry ? - Patron Margarita. The atmosphere was great in the bar area. Sunday Night Football was on most TV's ? and NASCAR on the other one ? Was a nice experience as my (ONLY) 2nd time eating @ Chili's. Once in Columbus, Ohio, and now in Jupiter, Florida ?

Yes Im so glad to see Jupitar Chilis staff very friendly never forgets face. Works hard even with a house full of customers. Staff very flexable with customers needs & specific types of orders. I hope they never change clean customer friendly enviroment
