Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is good, service likewise.But all this talk of eating 2 meals with 1 burrito is ludicrous. I can eat 2 of these at one time IF i wanted to pay 40 instead of 20. I do recommend though!

The food server was super rude and unwelcoming. We don’t have high expectations but basic manners would be nice. We won’t be back to this particular location.

They gave the wrong order to the delivery driver and you cant get ahold of the store. Horrible.

This chipotle is always, and I mean always, out of the most basic of items. They never have chicken, they never have queso, and they will never tell you that they’re out of it until you’ve already ordered your food.

I absolutely love chipotle, but every time I go to this restaurant, it’s an absolutely awful experience. I genuinely hope that they can put single solitary person in there capable of ensuring that basic items are prepared when people order one of four possible menu options.

I visited because I was hungry, and while the food presentation looked good, the rice was undercooked and not properly cooked through. It really affected the overall experience.

I recommend checking the quality of the food more carefully before serving it to customers. Thank you.

Actually saw rice fall out of a workers mouth and land in the mix bowl. Look around to see if anybody saw and kept mixing. Absolutely repulsed.

Probably the rudest and most inept chipotle employee I’ve ever met. Tried to use my app to get free queso and she was so difficult about the most simple request, plus had a horrible attitude. You won’t make it very far in life by being disrespectful & lazy. I ended up just leaving rather than inconveniencing her any further. Going to make the drive to Alton from now on!

Extremely overcooked rice, incredibly undercooked meat! This location went from the best in the city to the worst in the county in just a few short years. Not to mention the incompetence of the staff which actually makes sense after tasting the food from here. Management should really take a look at this location before it starts hurting the bottom line…

As a picky eater, I was pleasantly surprised to have a great burrito that I actually LIKED! The portion of the food was also very generous. Definitely going to have leftovers. The atmosphere was pretty good too, music wasn't to loud, and the overall place was pretty clean. Can't wait for my next visit!
