If the seating area is a reflection of the kitchen I am afraid of getting ill from my food. Not one table had been cleaned in spite of an empty dining area and plenty of staff behind the counter. The drink station was covered with straw wrappers and spills and the three garbage cans were overflowing. Whoever owns this franchise should stop by someday. I can't believe you are aware of how disgusting it is.

Food was warm and yummy, only issue we had was that they didn't really put a lot of the ingredients in our bowl n burrito, but it depends on who's working. i've had great experiences as well as dookie ones. It is always clean though!

This chipotle was one of the worst I’ve ever been to. They had no tortillas, the steak and chicken was dry, they had no water cups and only a limited amount of drink cups so I was forced to buy one, and they had no ice in their machine. All on top of this, the staff was very unpleasant in all stages of the line up to the cashier. I won’t be returning to this location and I’d shy away if I were someone looking to come here as well.

Why is this place always over staffed and they still can't get there shit together? This place needs a makeover. Rice all over the tables, employees standing around not doing anything, food all over the walls and the booths. Order food it's just slopped in the container. Food smeared all over the containers bc they don't change there gloves. Gross. Never going back.

It was the most disgusting horrible experience. Food definitely did not look fresh. Tables were not cleared off, trash was overflowing. Either no one spoke English or they didn't talk at all, just pointed. We had an issue because we were overcharged, the manager was very rude and never said a word to us. Will never go back!!!

Chipotle is a hit or miss when it comes to the staff being cordial or having a flat affect. The sit down dining area was nothing short of a MESS!!! Patrons were wiping food off of tables just to sit and enjoy their meal. Truly, it was pathetic that no one was assigned to make sure the dining tables were being wiped down. I was very concerned about the food I was about to purchase after seeing the lack of cleanliness in the dining area. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Beware of this location. I am a constant customer and I am going to stop eating at Chipotle. I got food poisoning after I ate at this location. Something was bad, it was probably an old meat. After that intoxication, I stopped liking Chipotle. Be careful, just go to Taco Shack in Abacoa or Poke bowl if you want something similar, but Chipotle is just a disgusting place and you have to be careful.
