Not inexpensive, but very high quality and we will return. The lobster rolls were excellent. The fried clam bellies tasted fantastic, but should have been served a bit warmer. But both were indeed worthy of New England! Gotta try the chowdah next time we're there!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Friday night dinners at chowder heads most Fridays during our winters stay here in Florida the fish fry is outstanding as is the New England Clam chowder. We gave invited friends to join us & they give Chowder heads high marks. The servers are excellent ! A very nice casual restaurant with wonderful menu !

One of our first spots to hit when we head down to Florida for the winter. And always one of our last spots to go before we head back north. The lobster rolls are amazing. Definitely prefer the cold lobster to the hot drawn butter lobster. The coleslaw is my favorite side dish. Ask for extra pickles! Kelly is the best server and always ready with the right recommendations. Wednesday is half-price wine bottles ( they have a very nice Cote de Provence Rosé and since they are half price you may as well get two!!! ),AND 1$ dollar oysters! usually Bluepoint, and always fresh!

Best Beach town food, vibe and service. We arrived for lunch at 11:45am. Seated inside immediately. Server greeted us shortly after. She asked for our drinks and then returned to take our order. Ordered a cup of New England clam chowder and manhattan clam chowder. Both were delicious and fresh. What you would expect from a place named chowderheads. We order main of Cobb salad with lobster meat. It was so huge. I proclaimed it a monster. Every element was fresh and delicious especially the lobster and chunky blue cheese. The other main was fish and chips with cod. My husband proclaimed the best fish and chips (cod) he’s ever had. I snagged a French fry and a bit which I can say I agree. Perfectly crisp and clean fried. Homemade feel. We will be back.

Just go. Outstanding food, service and ambience. Get the fried cod dinner with slaw and the cornbread with maple butter. The fried clams appetizer is a must. And split a lobster roll and clam chowder. Mmm, great meal reasonably priced.

We had a reservation for 6:30 PM. We never got waited on and we left at about seven not even water. I think they were shorthanded. But it really was awful the service. Don't know about the food because we never even got any water. Very very disappointed. Since we had three guests with us.

For lovers of perfectly prepared seafood chowder heads is highly recommended. Their seafood comes in twice weekly from Massachusetts ! As New Englanders we know fresh seafood & what is served here is the real deal. The New England Clam Chowder is in our opinion one of the best ! Love the fish fry , excellent light batter & flaky cod. Service is exceptional ! You won't be disappointed. A very casual setting, lots of twinkling white lights very inviting. Friendly efficient wait staff !

Great place to have all all your New England shellfish favorites when in Jupiter, Fla Highly recommend Ipswich clams ( Steamers and Fired) as well as the lobster roll and fired oysters

Food was excellent. Holly, the wait staff was great. Noise level at the beginning of our stay was loud because of small children at the next table. Not too bad but what are you going to do with young children sitting together. Being from Rhode Island we really enjoyed the seafood. Will return.

Had the fish and chips. French fries were cold. Fish wash mushy. Coleslaw tasted old.

This was my first time there. We started with the steamers which were great . Then we had the New England Clam Chowder which was fabulous. Topped it off with the Lobster Roll in butter and Sherry which was great. They give you so much lobster.. Also had the string onion rings which were greater. Our waitress was fabulous. Place is so cute. Will definitely will be going back. Would love to try their fried clams.

Waitress was very pleasant. No alcohol, just beer & wine.Very, very limited drink happy hour.No food in happy hour.Only one waitress till around 6PM, so if big party comes in, it will take awhile.Since that was the case, they misread my scallop order and brought me some shrimp ,while they corrected it.Very nice gesture .My scallops were good size, and not much batter (fried),a little tasteless ,but satisfactory.Other fried order we got was fine.Prices were reasonable ,but portions small (4 scallops) around $22.00.Parking easy and free.Handicap accessible.Outdoor dining as well.I would try again.Takes reservations, but was not necessary on a Thursday night.I live and grew up in New England and know something about New England Seafood. This was close, but not home. Thanks for the nice gesture, good service and caring attitude. These are rare traits in the restaurant business ,these days.
