Chubby Salmon Hibachi and Sushi Bar

Great food, great staff & service! we’ve been coming here for years and love it!! Definitely give it a try!

Hibachi was well prepared, the veggies were fresh and crisp, and the steaks were of better qualit than other hibachi places. I also ordered the scallops, which were huge, almost the size of the fillets. The servers were all friendly. They have a limited beer and wine menu, which ensures better quality too. It’s a simple place with a tasty menu, which includes sushi too. We will definitely be returning and adding sushi to our order.

Food shack was slammed so we went Saturday Eve. I understand being short staffed, but there was a table full of dirty dishes across from where we were seated. Those dirty dishes and glasses remained for the entire duration of our trip and it just got to be a little gross. The table surface of the hibachi was never cleaned at that table either. Our chef was friendly, but his command of the English language was so so and he messed up my wife’s order and forgot the shrimp and. The ginger sauce seemed watered down and I ordered the chicken and steak and the steak was full of fat I could not eat half of it. I didn’t have the heart to complain and send it back, but I’m gonna say avoid.

They only used one egg for the fried rice. The food was good not great. Rather empty for a Friday night so that was concerning. They could have put a little more love into the food. Clearly it was good

Great food great place - It does take time to eat there, not a fast service. But nice and quiet

This is the place to go if you are looking for delicious Hibachi food. I ordered the Hibachi Salmon and it exceeded my expectations. Never in my life have I had salmon more delicious than the one that was prepared for me. Everything was priced reasonably and the service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere is so cozy. I'll be longing for a reason to come back to Jupiter FL whether business or vacation, because it'd give me the honor and opportunity to eat here once more. If you are looking for delicious Asian food to eat, do yourself a favor and look no further than this establishment.

This place is such a hidden gem. Tucked in the back of the Plaza but somehow offering the best hibachi in northern Palm Beach County. I am gluten free and they had everything to accommodate my food sensitivity. The chef and staff are wonderful. Give it a try.
