Place is just average. There are 5 movie theaters in the vicinity. Food is ok but is pricey. This place is supposed to be a “luxury” movie theater.

Movie was great theater was not. We walked into the movie theater and we didn’t even see the movie at first we went into the first one and they were just playing commercials for a lot of things and the lights were off the whole time and then they turned on and then a sound check turned on then we had to get people from the front to help us see what was wrong theaters and they told us it was an up charge I mean no we are not gonna pay an extra money to watch a movie that we already paid for but in the end, it worked out great and we got a refill on slushys

Went on a Thurs and no one manning concessions at 12:15 show. Bartender doing it all. Popcorn was dry and butter machine was not on or working. Went to theater 9 and no screen on and no lights to seat yourself. Asked for hearing assist head phones and told they have none. This is our first and last trip to this place. Oh did I mention no discounts for seniors. 2 tickets 30.00 and crap popcorn as small as we have ever had and drink for another 19.00 dollars. Really guys this is a disaster of a movie experience and will go out of our way to never return.

The last time I was there we had a lounge chair waitress service and great food. After buying the ticket through my friend and after driving all the way up to Jupiter to find out that only half the theater is luxury and the other half is you're on your own... I wish it was more clear and we didn't waste an evening 😔

Don’t waste your money! This theater has the worst service ever - I’ve been there a few times and you will likely not get your food or drinks throughout the entire movie … then at the end have to cancel your order.

Cinépolis Jupiter is easily one of the best theater experiences around. The reclining leather seats are incredibly comfortable, each with personal trays, cup holders, and plenty of space to stretch out. I really liked that every seat had a menu ready to go — it made ordering food and drinks super convenient.
The service was attentive without being disruptive, and the food and cocktail options were far better than your typical movie snacks. The whole setup — from the elevated dining-style seating to the quiet, relaxed atmosphere — makes it perfect for date nights or just treating yourself to a more upscale movie night.
If you’re used to regular theaters, you’ll definitely notice the upgrade here. Cinépolis takes “luxury cinema” seriously, and it shows.

The only luxury thing about this place are the prices for food and drink. $9.5 for soda.
It’s not a luxury theater. We needed to order the food at the concession, were used to a dine in to have someone deliver the food. Seats were horrible and there were no tray tables like shown in some of these pictures. Won’t be returning.

Theaters are great, good seats, clean theaters and bathrooms. But Lisa is the real star of the show.
