Way overpriced!! Dirty bathrooms. Could not buy popcorn and drinks at counter, only option was to order from seat. Took a long time for someone to come and take our order and then to bring the food, interrupting the movie twice, then expected a tip.

The service at this location was terrible. Our food came out 20 minutes before our two hour movie was over. However, they were very quick to bring the bill right after. I had to ask three times for a refill and a water bottle that was missing from our order. Not to mention the fact that our servers wanted to stand right in front of us as the movie was going on for a good five minutes every time they forgot a part of our order. I’ve worked in customer service and they could’ve very easily squatted down for common courtesy. The food overall was very disappointing, considering the price. I felt like I paid for five star Italian food and got Burger King instead. After purchasing four tickets and a meal and a drink for four people, we spent well over $300. Ridiculous. The restrooms had no air-conditioning, and there were stains all over the carpet in the lobbies and hallways. For a location that’s relatively new and very highly spoken about on their website, this was absolutely terrible. There was no paper towels in the restroom, and the soap dispensers were also broken on top of the lack of AC. I went to this location on 5/25/25. It’s safe to say that I will never go again. This was very disappointing and I will be very honest with referring this theater to friends and family.

This place is unorganized to say the least. No pos system works and the food comes out cold. Also servers are clearly overwhelmed. Just save your money and eat before you come to the movies.

Horrible experience. I went to see a movie expecting a “luxury” experience based on all the reviews, pictures, website, etc. when I got to the theater however found out that lass than half the theaters are luxury and good luck finding one that actually shows the movie you want to watch.
If you don’t get a “luxury” theater then you get a subpar movie experience at best. The seats are so narrow, the screens are dim, the audio sucks, and the popcorn tastes stale. I wouldn’t even be so disappointed in the whole thing if it was clear that these theaters were just regular theaters. I came expecting to eat a meal with my movie and instead was hungry the whole time because there was no way to eat real food while sitting in the awful chairs they have.
The new chairs suck. Now you're close to people with no light. Luxury my butt

I was very disappointed that the6 didn't have food service, they have to get a better method of picking up food than having someone miss the first 30 minutes of a movie because their service is subpar.... also my friend got a margarita and she said it was absolutely awful. I am honestly considering contacting management because it really ruined my experience

Great experience! Seats are comfortable and they have a pretty wide menu ranging from drinks, appetizers, entrees and of course popcorn, sweets, and candy. Service is also good. Definitely recommend.

One 16 yr old taking orders for food, and the food that you ordered wasn't ready for 45 minutes, which means you had to come back, no receipt was given just say your name. They don't have real salt for the popcorn and use this orange powder if you ask for extra salt. I went back for my food order and had to wait another 20 min in line only to find out they didn't have my order or my name as if I never ordered. Paying all these fees on top of the regular ticket prices is crazy. Never going back.

I saw the black bag, which was a great experience. The theater was very clean, and the menu, which you could order from your seat, was expansive. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would definitely recommend
