Environment that the manager created was very disrespectful and I had a bad time with my 5 kids here. I am a single mother and the heartbreak they’ve had when they couldn’t get their free ice cream. My babies were very excited after finishing their meals just to have a terrible day because I can’t afford them extra ice cream.

I usually order the chicken sandwich, onion rings, and chicken tenders here, and they are always delicious and freshly made. The prices are a bit higher than other fast food places, but the quality and flavor make it well worth it. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

Store manager (Phillip) took our order at the counter and was extremely pleasant and helpful and welcoming, he made the experience. It made me feel the welcome I know from Culver’s in the Midwest.

If you’re on the fence about Culver’s, let me make it simple: go—because of Michael.

Michael isn’t just an employee; he’s the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re walking into a hometown diner where everyone knows your name. He’s quick, attentive, and somehow manages to juggle hospitality with genuine personality. You don’t just get a meal—you get a moment of connection that makes you want to come back.

The food is great (hello, ButterBurgers and frozen custard), but Michael is the reason Culver’s should be on your map. He takes what’s already good and makes it unforgettable. If every restaurant had a “Michael,” we’d all eat out more often.

Seriously—go to Culver’s, order your favorites, and hope you get Michael. You’ll understand what I mean.

It's more than the Menu at this location, it's about us the customers. We've always been made to feel at home. The owner stops by the tables asking how things are. It's about family and even the employees are treated as family. I witnessed the owner making a surprise Birthday Party for one of her employees. Such a good vibe that compliments all the great items on the menu. Go check them out, your gonna love it.

went to the drive-through and waited like 25 minutes. I’ve been to the Culver’s before and this isn’t the first time they’re always slow.
