Why is there not a 0 star option??? Staffs and management has gone downhill, the only employee that knew what they were doing, his name was Michael I think. He was so sweet and idk why they chose to let him go. It’s bs and this place needs to shut down.

Culver’s consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, well run, and staffed by friendly team members who genuinely seem to enjoy serving their guests. Incredibly long wait for 2 chicken finger kids meals and a spicy chicken sandwich to carry out. Sandwich was cold by then. When I complained about the thirty minute wait, all I got was “sorry about that”. Asked why it took so long the only response was they were short staffed in the kitchen. Interesting since many other orders were filled on time. I love Culver’s but this is my second bad experience at this location.

Love Culver's....everything we have ordered has been very good over the few years they have been open. My personal goto is the fish sandwich, but can't beat the butter burgers 😋. I did try a small order of the new macaroni and cheese, although it was pretty good. I felt it was pretty small for the price. The employees are always awesome and it's remarkable how fast the crew can get your custom order into your hands.....make sure you appreciate them!!!

Would give this location 0 stars if possible. Ordered a burger and fries at drive thru. Took 24 minutes and flagging down 2 different employees to receive my order. When I finally received order there was no apology whatsoever. Terrible management and staff with zero customer skills at this location. Would recommend any other fast food restaurant in Jupiter over this one. The management running this place should be embarrassed and probably replaced by someone who knows how to actually train the staff and do their job.
Ordered curbside ahead, 17 minutes late after expected time and 2 items missing
I won't be coming back until service improves. Food is above average for fast food in both quality and price

The food is always good here but their drive through (at least on this most recent Saturday night) was crazy and unorganized). We were waiting 20+ minutes for our drive through order which wasn’t a large order. They told us an other cars to “pull forward” as they continued to take orders from others cars. It crated a long line of cars sitting in the street. Maybe they could have paused taking more drive though orders until they served and helped The customers who had already paid for the order and we’re just waiting in the street. Food was still great, but definitely not worth it to wait 20+ minutes for drive-through food.
