Just stood at the register for 5 minutes and not one employee of the 5 there, would take my order. None of them even acknowledged me, but they all could talk to everyone else that walked in. Worst experience ever!

I'm a regular at Dunkin’, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer Austin. I'm pretty picky with my order, and Jen always gets it perfect—every single time. That alone is impressive, but what really stands out is her bright, vibrant personality. She's a true people person and makes every visit a positive experience.
There are a lot of Dunkin’ locations around, but I go out of my way to come to this one just because of Jennifer. She brings such a strong, positive representation to the Dunkin’ brand. Her customer service is Grade A, and that kind of consistency and energy absolutely deserves recognition.
Thank you, Jennifer, for all you do! You truly make a difference, and I hope the company sees what a gem they have. Promotion well deserved!

I want to give a huge shoutout to AJ at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Concourse Village Shopping Center (131 Alt A1A, E Center St, Jupiter, FL). She is incredibly friendly and her customer service is outstanding. AJ is so great with customers that I honestly thought she was the manager!

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I can truly say the store has improved significantly since AJ joined the team. She’s a true asset to Dunkin’, and I hope she’s recognized for the amazing job she does every day

I like the convenience of this location and it has a drive up window. So I don't even have to get out of the car! Also, the young people who work there, have a good attitude, which I really appreciate. That's one thing that I believe generally speaking has dropped over the years... the quality of their customer service. I worked in a DD when I was fresh out of high school, and we prided ourselves for giving great service to our customers! Nowadays, the majority of the locations act as if it's too much to expect to be served with a pleasant attitude at the drive up window. I didn't review the atmosphere because I've never been inside. Currently, there's a monstrosity of a building under construction just South of there. You have to use the US Hwy. 1 entrance to the parking lot. Once the building next door is finished, I'm sure that DD is going to be super busy and selling out of donuts very early in the day! So, you had best get there early!

Great place. The health inspector sucks major for shutting down today.....i never had a problem. Health inspector has major problems probably didnt get his coffee warm enough.

This has to be the best Dunkin in Palm Beach County. Service and greeting was great. Young man was patient to take my order, did not asked me to repeat. Took notice to details of the order, making sure it was prepared correctly. I greatly appreciate their thoughtfulness. Lady preparing food would greet the customers when line got backed up, making sure they knew they will get their food soon. Great team! They deserve a raise. The young man can work in corporate.

What a pleasant surprise! Not sure if you've been to a Dunkin lately but the ones I've been to haven't been good. This one is clean, well stocked and they're super friendly. If you're going to Tires Plus stop in. You won't be sorry.

Editing my current 5 star review because this place has gone completely downhill.
I’ve given them a chance multiples times now, the last 4 mornings I visited my hash browns were COVERED in so much grease I couldn’t even eat them they were so disgusting.
I simply asked one of the employees about putting more toilet paper in the bathrooms one morning and got treated with so much disrespect, the new employees are RUDE and do not care!

I will never come back to this location. It USED TO BE one of the best in the area, sadly this is no longer true!

If you are out of some items, please just cancel the order or alert the customer. I would rather have my order canceled than have you put whatever you feel like it in the bag.
