This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts locations I have been to. The service in the afternoons is bordering on pathetic. The staff often times barely utter a syllable or even look at you when you’re ordering. It’s a small miracle if they get the order correct. I went in today to get half a dozen donuts and the donuts looked like a hot mess. They were all tossed in the bins on top of each other with the frosting smeared and running off. it’s such a shame because I have been to many Dunkin’ Donuts locations with excellent service and high-quality standards for the food. Something needs to change here.

Despite placing a custom order, it appears that no one took the time to read and fulfill my simple request. Specifically, I asked for no yellow American cheese, which could have been due to a serious food allergy. Unfortunately, my order was prepared incorrectly, and I was forced to discard the sandwich. This oversight is alarming and highlights a concerning lack of attention to detail.

EATING WHILE HANDLING FOOD. The snacking bacon is supposed to have sugar and pepper seasoning. They don’t bother to put it on… when confronting a worker she turned around while putting a hash brown in her mouth in the cooking station. Then proceeded to say it doesn’t come with seasoning and laughed. No wonder she’s working at Dunkin at that age…

Service is nice and helpful. The girl with the tied hair even made a compliment to the lady's bag next to me. Unfortunately the lady was not so nice and did notice the server compliment. I exited from I 95 south and there was no sign stating the distance to the shop. It would be helpful to add such a sign. The order was done pretty quickly and the servers are lovely and patient.

I went here all the time until I got an iced latte so bad it had an aftertaste for 30 minutes. I don’t know what happened b/c it tasted REALLY off, everything else was good though so 4 stars ? Hard to go wrong w/ an iced coffee

Dunkin’ Donuts has an issue on a corporate level. They do not teach about food safety at all because yet again I see people do a nasty stuff when they’re around food. Employees handling cash then immediately going to make people’s hot food without changing gloves or washing their hands.This is how people get food poisoning. The only reason I went there this morning because it’s like the only thing open that is quick. When I asked the girl to change her gloves, she started cursing.

My husband got his coffee and Took them 10 min after that to make my pumpkin spice latte. 2 people that came inafter me got their coffee before i did. The kids working there were busy talking to each other or on their phone instead of helping guests. It was dirty won't go back.
Guy ringing us up did so incorrectly, but it’s Dunkin so it’s not like that’s unexpected. The surprising part here was how good the bagels and other food was. Dunkin is hit or miss on a good day, so I was surprised that everything here seemed fresh and well prepared. Nice staff too, when they realized the cashier error.

Please make sure when you get a mobile order the employees who are making the food actually read what is being ordered by a customer. I received an incorrect order today and it’s very disappointing when you pay for something and get something else. I’ve put off coming to this location for a while due to the past history of service that was severely lacking but today opted to give you another chance and I was completely mistaken. I will not be returning to this location. Managers should look over orders that are completed to make sure they are correct and then maybe the employees will start doing the right thing.

I stopped by the Dunkin' Donuts today and was really looking forward to a quick and friendly experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was a letdown.
The staff seemed unfriendly and dismissive, and when I placed my order, I was met with a curt attitude. When I tried to explain what I want the lady was very rude and response was not in a manner instead giving short answer and no manners to explain how the things are. I am from australia and visiting for the first time at dunkin donuts so it was obvious that every country have a different drink and names so it is the customer service who needs to explain the products they offer and if they have similar taste.
To make matters worse, I order chocolate donut and my order was incorrect when I received it, and when I brought it to their attention, the staff seemed put off and unapologetic.
As a international customer, I was disappointed in the lack of courtesy and care from the staff. It's unfortunate when a quick coffee run turns into a frustrating experience.
