I give this place four stars for the atmosphere and the great service. I absolutely love the vibe of this restaurant, but the food was subpar. Also, we were satisfied with our Coronas, but a couple of people at our table got some pretty bad margaritas. Our family had fish, chicken nachos, burger, and turkey blt. The burger was great, but the rest was meh. They made good guacamole though!

Tropical oasis on A1A. My girlfriends wanted a small late afternoon snack. The relaxed atmosphere and waterside location will chill you right down- not to mention the Happy hour drinks and app prices. We got lucky with the rare cold front so it was not as busy as usual. This is a must see with very good food.

Cute atmosphere - right on the water and adorable outdoor venue. Service was great nice and big. Food was okay - nothing crazy but enjoyed the venue itself. Just had simple sandwiches and chips as food is mainly staples. Did really enjoy cake- chocolate cake

Visiting from Miami and it was absolutely worth the drive! My cousins and I had such a great time...it was the perfect spot for my birthday weekend. The food and the views were amazing, and even though the place was packed, the staff kept checking on us and made sure we were taken care of. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be visiting again!

To the management and/or owner of Guanabanas — this needs your immediate attention.
I recently dined at your restaurant and had an extremely concerning experience regarding a severe food allergy that was clearly communicated to our server at the beginning of our meal. I made it very clear that my allergy is serious and potentially life-threatening. The server acknowledged this and assured me it would be handled.
When our appetizers arrived, the allergen I specifically warned about was in and on every single dish we ordered. It was not a small oversight — it was completely present across the board. This was alarming and frankly dangerous. We immediately brought it to the attention of our server. She was kind, apologetic, and seemed genuinely concerned. She told us she would get the manager because she understood the seriousness of the situation.
Manager Britney then came to our table. Unfortunately, this is where the experience went from concerning to unacceptable. There was no apology, no concern, and no accountability. Instead, she stated that we must not have communicated clearly with the server and that the restaurant was very busy — essentially placing the blame entirely on us. She then asked, “What do you want me to do about it?”
The issue isn’t about compensation. The issue is that I could have just as easily ingested the allergen and ended up in the hospital with a severe allergic reaction. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a health and safety matter.
We told her we didn’t want anything; we were simply shocked and concerned. Shortly after, we chose to leave. Manager Britney walked away without taking responsibility, without offering even a simple apology, and without making any attempt to make things right. It was incredibly dismissive.
I do want to note that our server was very kind and apologetic. She mentioned that the manager was new and “not good at all.” That in itself points to a larger issue — a lack of proper training and oversight by ownership and senior management. Food allergy protocols are not optional. They are critical.
My biggest message here is this: If you have food allergies, beware. A mistake like this could seriously harm someone or ruin a vacation very quickly. Jupiter is a beautiful place, but an avoidable medical emergency at a restaurant is not how anyone wants to spend their time.
We ultimately left and went to Lucky Shuck, where they took my allergy extremely seriously. I felt comfortable, safe, and was able to enjoy a great meal with wonderful customer service — the complete opposite experience.
I strongly urge the owners and management of Guanabanas to review allergy protocols, staff training, and managerial accountability. This could have ended far worse than it did. Save yourself the risk and consider dining elsewhere if you have any dietary restrictions.

Really nice location and perfect to sit outside, the service team is very young and feels like a high school frat style live TV show

The ambience was fantastic. The landscaping made you feel like you were in a jungle watching the sunset. The food was good, not great and the house margarita was really sweet so they need to work on that. The service was fantastic so overall a really good experience.

We celebrated a birthday with family and friends. We enjoyed a meal by the water. The service was 10/10; the waitress was attentive to our table and her suggestions were spot on. We didn't bring a cake, but they gave us a very good alternative. Thank you for our positive experience.
