Saddest sub Ive had in a long time period. To start the was a giant hair in the sandwich. I thought it was annoying but odd considering everyone seemed to have hairnets or hats and gloves. I ordered a turkey sub and I got 3 measly little pieces of meat. The whole sandwich just tasted like bread and veggies. I literally put more turkey on a kids sandwich for school thats half the size than they put on a $10+ sub thats really only half a sub. I truly understand maximizing profits but if you want customers to cone back you have got to give them a reason to…

Ordering through the mobile app makes it simple to pick up lunch! The Philly Cheese steak has been my go to because of how tasty it is! I am usually an Italian guy but wow! Always greeted when entering the store and love seeing the manager on duty conducting an efficient shift (as a restaurant manager myself). Thank you for your service!

Luca, Liv and Lamont are an asset to this franchise. Their service is excellent. They take pride in making the sandwiches and work well as a team. The sandwishes are fresh and tasty. Looking forward to my next visit!

Nasty food

It's definitely a 5-star sub shop! They staff is fun, helpful, and attentive. The #17 Steak and cheese is really good and cooked while you wait. If you're really hungry, get a whole sub. Otherwise, a regular is plenty. Everything is fresh and cut to order. You can dine in, sidewalk seating, or take-out, of course. Always consistent with well trained staff.

I've been coming here off and on since they opened and I worked at Splash Landing. Never have I had a bad experience. I've been to multiple Jersey Mike's in Florida and Michigan and this location is the only one with breakfast options and the sandwiches are sooo good!! I wish they could be available all day.

Staff extremely rude to my kids - the app and what printed on the ticket for pickup were different by a single bag of chips (which I'm sure costs the company like 4 cents) and the staff refused to make it right. They sent my kids out WITHOUT the stupid bag of chips, and were extremely passive aggressive to ME when I came in and asked to pay for a bag of BBQ chips. Talked about me in the third person as I was standing at the register asking to pay for the chips. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE and being subjected to rudeness and visit one of the PLETHORA of other Jersey Mikes locations in the area that are kind and treat the customer with respect, especially when it comes to CHILDREN.
