Sandwich was terrible. I just wasted $16 on half of the sub I would usually get at Publix...so it is expensive. It was super salty and just terrible. The only good thing was that all tables were very clean, so they actually do their jobs.

Zero Stars and all related to a bad experience. I do not recommend this location to anyone for its ambience or service and highly recommend the Northlake location with the owner Mike who treats his customers' like family. This location on Indiantown in Jupiter has a horrible, horrible owner/Manager!! If he ran the counter, he would chase all of his customer away! I've read other reviews after my experience to find that he was rude to other customers and I just experienced first hand. Disrespectful, disgusting, condescending, rude, lack of empathy, are just a few ways to describe this individual. Do not know how this individual stays in his position and hopefully he will retire soon, so customers can resume enjoying the Jersey Mike's experience at this location!!!!!!!

Went there to get lunch for my husband and his job and the service was quick (even though they were busy) and friendly. They even had a cute little bucket of toys for the kids to pick something out. I always like coming to this location. You can tell the owners care.

we ordered a sandwich - I added all the condiments - lettuce, tomatoes, s/P, V/O, etc etc. The only thing the sandwich had was meat, cheese and bacon that looked like it had been cooked last week. JM is generally great - but this location needs to close its doors.

I ordered two subs today, one for me, and one for my wife. I had 15 minutes lunch break to grab the subs, pre-ordering them with the mobile app. In the past, when I have ordered a certain sub, despite paying extra for cheese, they somehow always seem to forget it. This time in the notes section I wrote “please do not forget the cheese“. Lo and behold I get home to find that they once again forgot the cheese on my wife’s sub. I got an earful from her..I called the restaurant, and they said to get my refund for the item that I unfairly paid for, but didn’t receive, I would have to bring the sub back into the store. I unfortunately work and support a family of six, so I do not have the luxury of taking an extra 15 minutes to drive back down to the store so that their chronic mistake can be corrected. This is really terrible customer service, I don’t care about the money I care more about the principal. As someone that comes from upper management, I would like to point out that the current manager failed miserably at their customer service. You won’t be getting my business any longer. This is the problem with corporate chains- there’s no love and nobody cares. That being said, and in all fairness, the other sub I ordered was great and had no problems.

I ordered by phone from my car letting them know I had my new puppy with me and was unable to go in but that I wanted to sit outside to eat. Amanda assured me that was okay. She took my card to ring me up and brought my sandwich and drink to me. Everyone is always sweet and the food awesome. Amanda went beyond and I really appreciated it.
