This new location of Jersey Mikes in Jupiter on Indiantown Road at 811 is very nice. We ordered sandwiches on the app and they were ready when I arrived to pick them up. They were made correctly, no complaints here. The place was clean and bright. There were a lot of people sitting at tables eating. The place smelled good too. Lots of personnel working behind the counter. I had a tuna sub and amazingly, they did not over add pepper to it. I have had this complaint before at other Jersey Mikes. It was all good, I'd order again, or come back.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Met with hostility by the cashier also. Not a recommendation if you want nice easy food. If you want to sit and wait around then this is the place!

I guess I went during a wrong timeFor the employees. They looked very unhappy, none of them smile at all. I’m pretty sure they are a good young workers but they can improve their customer service skills. A simple greeting or smile Can make people feel welcome.

First time here came in before 4, and the guys working were such gentlemen. I had my grandmother who needs a walker and my toddler. One of the young men (Dawson) came outside to assist my grandma and helped us in. Not only that, I also let my son pick out a toy out of the been, which keeped him busy and happy. (Donavyn) was so patient with my grandmother with her order. They both made our day with their hospitality. Thank you. We both had the tuna, and it was delicious. Great space inside and nice and clean. Don't let the outside confuse you it's really nice inside. Grandma has a new favorite sub place to eat and recommend. Please do what you can for these Men. They went above most and made the experience all the more worth it.

I realize I didn’t have a sandwich here… or even go inside… but I called asking if any of the gas stations around them had gas and the person who answered was friendly and helped me out since everyone around here is an idiot and panic purchased gas as of it’s the apocalypse… anyway, 5 stars all day, cause we were —- miles left on the dashboard.

MAN!!! the customer service here is excellent! Olivia and Victoriaare so pleasant and sweet! I didn’t get the guy’s name with the earrings but they were such a good team! I love coming here on my lunch and for a quick bite!

12-22-22 - Congrats to the evening crew for a "unique" sub? I clicked on the American sub, but NO ham (substitute the ham for more cheese). (I wanted a cheese sub, I don't eat meat.). Here's my order comments after I clicked on the "American Sub": "cheese (only) sub- Pls sub American cheese for ham (NO HAM)- 2 slices American, 2 slices provolone". Added comments - "Xtra tomato - xtra onions". What was delivered? Two pieces of bread, 4 slices of cheese!!! That's all. Nothing else. You read that right. And they had my phone#. I don't recommend ordering for delivery. With these people, you need to be there, pointing at what you want. POOR!!!

I love the food for the chain restaurant but I’m so disgusted. The manager just told the guy to put the lettuce that fell off my sandwich when he made it back into the “fresh” lettuce even though it had salt and bread crumbs all over it. He said that’s a lot of lettuce put it back in the bin. It was not a lot of lettuce. That’s gross
