I've never been to this location or even Florida for that matter. I had my shore points stolen for a free sub I worked hard to get. I have proof that they were stolen and did contact corporate with no response so far. My shore points were stolen from my account which now has a pin on it thanks to the manager at this location informing me about it. I think it's wrong we spend money at jersey mikes and earn rewards and others can just hack and steal them and get away with it.

Going here I was expecting to get a nice consistent sub, instead I was met with what I expected Heaven to be like. Colin, on the grill, made my sub perfectly with extra sauce per my request. He engaged In small talk and friendly jokes while cooking and made the wait time fly by. The establishment is clean and organized, everything you look for. Colin was the one that truly made this experience special with his kindness and grilling ability!!!

I was very impressed with the picture perfect subs and the cleanliness of the store. The staff was warm, courteous and amazing. They made each sub a work of art and did it quickly, efficiently and with a smile.

Wasn't to bad I couldn't eat my sandwich and sit and relax it was so cold in there. The girls weren't the friendless that's for sure. The sandwich had a good presentation and wasn't bad but that's all I can say. And alot of people were complaining about it being cold in there.

Worst customer service experience of my life. The staff was rude and my order was wrong. How hard is it to read an online order? Called back to ask for a refund for this being the 5th time of them getting my order wrong, and felt as if the manager did not even care about the amount of money I've spent and for it to be the Wrong sub. Definitely will Never be going back.

MORE THAN ONCE I RECIEVED A CLUB SADWICH WITHOUT BACON. YOU HAVE TO GO IN TO THE STORE WATCH THEM MAKE IT AND MAKE SURE YOU GET BACON. DONT LEAVE WITOUT CHECKING FOR BACON. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AT 4 DIFFERENT JERSEY MIKES. THEY PROBABLY TEACH EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE OUT THE BACON. AFTERALL BACON IS EXPENSIVE.

Ordered delivery from here a week ago and did not receive our subs to order. Let that one go. Ordered delivery today, received 2 out of the 3 of our subs. Called the store to get the third delivered since I paid for delivery and paid for the sub. They seemed totally confused, gave attitude and one employee I spoke to could barely complete a sentence and stated he was the one in charge. I believe his name is Alejandro. Absolutely zero customer service. Worst experience ever, they either need to close or actually interview the people they hire.

Check your mobile order before leaving. Ordered a #7 and was given an Italian soaked in oil and vinegar. Staff were accusatory and unhelpful over the phone. Obviously nobody has time to drive back to return a sub on their lunch break. Would have tried to eat but it had obviously been sitting for a while and was soggy. I placed my order 15 minutes prior to arriving.
