“I don’t normally review places however, I just had to hop on and make sure that everyone knows how amazing this yogurt place is. From the friendly waitstaff that cleans diligently especially after a mess, to the beautiful atmosphere. The flavors are also amazing! 16 Handles Jupiter is THE fro-yo spot to check out if you want an amazing experience with a sweet treat as well!“

“I’ve been going to The Seed for a while and every time I’m there the staff are so nice and welcoming. The reason why I’m writing a review today was because Ava and another member of the staff (I’m really sorry but I forgot his name and he was so nice) for remaking my drink and helping me clean my car after my dog decided that she wanted to try their delicious Lucky Charms Latte. So thank you both!!! Definitely will continue coming back!!“
“I’ve been looking forward to this 16 Handles opening, and overall the space has a lot going for it. There is plenty of parking (front, side, and back), a solid selection of soft-serve flavors including vegan options, a toppings bar, and the familiar pay-by-the-pound setup.
The outdoor seating area is especially nice for families, with turf and a kid-friendly layout that allows parents to relax. However, it’s fairly small and fills up quickly during busy times.
What noticeably impacted the experience was the lack of customer interaction. The owners appeared to be present but did not greet customers, explain the self-serve process, or check in at any point. While some people may be familiar with frozen yogurt shops, first-time visitors aren’t always, and basic guidance or a welcome would go a long way.
With its location, family-friendly setup, and product variety, this 16 Handles has strong potential. A more welcoming and engaged customer service approach would greatly improve the overall experience.“

“I honestly love this place, the food and service is beyond amazing. I got a perfect egg sandwich with a coco azul and everything was perfect. I felt very welcomed by the cashier, Derieka and the staff was very quick and attentive. Highly recommend!“

“Hi I been to a Few Tropical Smothies & They all Have been Great! For some Reason I like this one the Most, Location is Peacful in the Cut & This Gentelman Here Randy Because Of How Professional & Kind he was Made me Make this one my Go too, This Cat Deserves a Raise & A Definition of a Asset to a company for real. His Simple Understanding during a Conplex time in my life I'm gonna keep Coming back to this one...Also Sophia Was cool & I recommend this one over the Indian town Rd Location for sure! God bless“

“On January 30, I’ve tried the amazing Strawberry Freezecake 🍓🍧 and beautiful tropical atmosphere. It reminded me of traveling with my family on a cruise ship to the Bahamas, Nassau during summer last time. Today at February 1, the staff was friendly and even liked the anime concept artwork I shared. I show her the paper that I’ve print. I hope every staffs see that anime concepts I visualize. Highly recommend — stay cool, Jupiter!

“Lilly Greeted me as I walked in. I hadn't been before so She filled me in.. I chose the Mango Bowl that was New with the Tajin seasoning.
I got one of the Souvenir small Tajin bottles.
Give Lilly A raise she was the only one doing anything.“
