Was genuinely in shock by the lack of professionalism by the bartenders who were not only impolite but don’t understand how to communicate respectfully to customers. A polite tone when they are serving you would make a big difference compared to what I had to endure. The staff apart from the bartenders were extremely nice and respectful, which I do appreciate! Friendly grill staff, feisty bartenders- choose your experience wisely!

Came in for a Florida State game, WOW just WOW. The atmosphere was electric. All the TV's were on FSU (and there are a lot of TV's), they were playing the sound, the war chant, and even had the fight song and Jello shots when we scored! Lots of raffle prizes during the 3rd quarter but I didn't win :(. I had the Poke Bowl and it was 10/10 an top 5 of anything I've ever eaten. I will be back for the Miami game! GO NOLES!

Saying I was threatening to punch people at the bar is FALSE. I turned to the guy and said that I didnt like him, he was being weird and creepy. I used to think Jumbies was a great spot, but my experience was a total letdown. I spoke up about some concerning behavior I witnessed, and the staff completely dismissed my concerns. There were two guys who seemed really creepy and were pushing to get some girls to go home with them. When I brought it to the bartenders' attention, they looked at me like I was overreacting or crazy. It was infuriating. I knew exactly what was going on, and it was clear that the staff didn't take it seriously. Their response was not only unprofessional but also shameful. I'm really disappointed and won't be setting foot in that bar again.

Food was gross. Tastes like it was microwaved- because it came out in 5min. I barely ate it. My friend’s burger was also greasy. Maybe you all need new chefs or need to update your recipes but the quality isn’t worth it for price. 👎

I was there a couple days ago The waitress was complete rude and disrespectful she told me to eat at McDonald’s next time and that I should order less food so I can tip her and she tried to get me to the back away from my freinds to say that behind close doors she was about the age of 40-50 and white I forgot the name she took the recipet back and pressed me and said a lot things for no reason calling me poor, saying how she could tell I was poor the food was good but the way she talked to me was horrible like no tip or not I don’t respect that because regardless of my financial standpoint I should be treated fairly
