Did drive thru the woman was very serious and stern .was rude when we tried to confirm that we’re getting the correct order. Her voice was even very harsh, if that’s her natural voice then she shouldn’t be working at the front.Chicken was over cooked or stale cause it was darker than normal, dry and stiff.I love kfc and this is the first time this happened to me. Never again will I buy from this location.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered ahead and they let someone walk off with my 20$ worth of food. They refused to remake it and when I asked why they got rude with me telling me it was already made and they weren’t doing it again. Then proceeded to ignore me. I asked well what can I do and they again told me they weren’t going to remake the food I paid for. While waiting inside they were talking badly about the drive thru customers and all around attitude was terrible. No one seem to have any care or urgency.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a 3 PC dark meat. I got 1 leg & 2 breasts, should've been 2 thighs. I know people make mistakes but they should know their products.
2 weeks ago I got & piece chicken for $9.99 I went last week wouldn’t let me have it I had app! He wasn’t nice! Said $22 i won’t be back! Rude! I went twice! Never again. Publix better anyway!! Ugh ridiculous! My payment didn’t go through so couldn’t get it!!
